For me the only decent box I have…

For me the only decent box I have received was October's, Nov, Dec and Jan really disappointing nothing terribly exciting so I have cancelled my subscription

SCAMMERS!

Emailed me to cancel order. Following day 2 phone calls t say they czn deliver same say but for cash and they will refund our credit card -surprise surprise no refund! Complete scam DO NOT USE! SCAMMERS!!!! AVOID! AVOID!AVOID!

Wish I had read reviews

Wish I had read reviews. Email after email telling me my waistwhispers was on its way, it has never arrived and the tracking ref for royal mail has never been recognised by royal mail. Complete con company, may as well burn £30 as it appears no one ever receives their parcel.AVOID AVOID AVOUD AVOID

Mystery Box

Ordered shampoo and conditioner was really pleased with them. Ordered my first mystery box as I kept seeing them advertised and they looked so good & as I was so happy with my shampoo & conditioner I was sure I wouldn't be disappointed- but I was wrong! A hair comb, hair scrunching, hair clips, a serum and a hair mask, absolute rubbish 🙁. Anyone can go out & buy plastic comb, hair scrunching and hair clips!! Really disappointed and clearly on those advertising get good contents in their boxes 😞

Currently at Bournemouth coach station…

Currently at Bournemouth coach station our coach was due to depart for Wembley at 1pm.....we have all received a text to say it will now be 3pm!!! We most probably won't make the concert, and it is the hottest day of the year so far. We'll done Big Green Coaches for ruining what should have been a fantastic experience........disgusting service🤬🤬🤬🤬

Shambolic monumental cock up

Today my son along with a group of teenagers was left stranded for 2 hours. Their pick up was 2.30 from Salisbury. Told to be there at 2pm. The coach finally turned up at 3.50! No one from green coaches contacted any of those kids not via email, mobile, nothing. It just so happened we waited with our son & I'm so glad that we did and I made calls to Green coaches offices. I was told, 45mibs, nothing. Then given 3 different stories by 3 different members of staff before a coach finally arrived. They should be ashamed of themselves for leaving so many kids stranded! I have emailed their customer service team and I would like to think that they will do the decent thing and at least refund them at least half of their money... I will update back here when I have heard back from them. But this outfit should be ashamed of themselves and if they are going to lie at least get their story straight before answering their phones!!

Thank you for taking the time to comment. We are sorry for the delay to your sons journey. The issue was that, on the way to its first pick up, the coach developed a water leak which required fixing. This delayed the coach by at least 45 minutes initially (which is waht we advised you). Sadly, the coach then lost time on the way to Salisbury due to heavy traffic. Whilst your son was never "stranded", and it sounds like you were in contact with our customer service team, the delay was unfortunate but sadly, mechanical issues do sometimes occur. As this was an evolving delay, the information we had at HQ was updating throughout the afternoon which would account for the different information you were being provided with every time you called. You are correct that we should have sent a text out advising of the delay. The team are trained to do this but didn't send a text on this occasion. I asked them why they didn't and their honest answer is that they were so busy (with lots of vehicles on the roads today) that they didn't send the text. We are sorry that on this occasion the proactive text advising of delays didn't get sent. We are also sorry about the delays due to the water leak.
