I have purchased from Keygem before and everything was fine, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I contacted the seller multiple times by email after realizing I had used a wrong discount code, but I received no response at all. Despite this, Keygem went ahead and shipped the order without replying or attempting to resolve the issue, which I find extremely unprofessional.

Customer support completely ignored my messages, leaving me with no choice or clarification before shipment. Because of this lack of communication, I will be refusing the delivery and requesting a full refund.

Mistakes happen, but ignoring loyal customers does not. This could have been resolved easily with a simple reply. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Keygem due to their poor customer service and lack of responsiveness.

Zero English language skills, zero customer support! They claim they have items in stock and are shipped, which are not, and they don't provide a tracking number. Can't reach them on the phone and no reply via email. They won't cancel the order and issue a refund. I will have to call my bank and ask for a chargeback. AVOID!!!

Purchased two products from their website that were suppossed to be in stock and delivered in 4-6 days. Two weeks went by, no response to my emails from the seller. Had to open a case on PayPal to finally get a refund. Terrible seller - AVOID!!!

Made my order yesterday and when I found out this was a scam website that "sells" fake perfumes I went and asked to cancel the order like 10min after the order was made and they told me that the order was already shipped and in Germany and they can't issue a refund... No tracking number provided. I will be calling my bank for a chargeback and reporting this scam website to the authorities. AVOID!
