My experience had not been good until Tracy came on the scene.

Good afternoon
Despite all your positive past assistance in my problems with my new washer dryer
which I thought were now over I WAS WRONG.
The machine is solidly sitting on the floor with no apparent wobble what so ever however when in Spin mode it shakes itself violently to pieces
There is clearly something wrong.
Can you please assist further as this machine has not been seen to work correctly from day of delivery.
I look forward to your urgent reply.

I write somewhat dissatisfied with the service so far
Order placed on line Friday 24th October 2025
Accepted and agreed for delivery Monday 27th October 2025. Which it did.

An SMS message confirming delivery this I have received
No order confirmation, No order number, No receipt for my payment. No details of serial number which I now know are printed on the packaging labels attached to the Washer Dryer.
When delivered the item was unpackaged at the delivery lorry before wheeling into my kitchen.
No packaging labels were left with me.
My situation is I have no proof of date of purchase.
I have no serial number and no confirmed order date to create extended warranty offered by Samsung.
Please advise urgently by return as to how we proceed. I only have a limited time scale to activate this with Samsung.

I elected for delivery and installation as I am unable to manoeuvre heavy items.
I await some good news urgently

Although parcel was received the proof of delivery ID photo was not of my delivery address.
It would have proved no purpose at all if there had been a problem.

Delivery as promised excellent.
However actual quality and user satisfaction not 100%.
Waterfall does not function as well as demonstrated in the advertising presented on lay z spa adds.
changing colours cannot be seen easily enough not bright enough

Despite operators excellent attention on the day and offer to send a new Sim card as she believed this would solve the problem my problem still exists, I do not have coverage from my home address and cannot make or receive calls I cant send or receive SMS texts with any certainty. Not even security entry TEXTS from Tesco can be received.
The coverage map shows I should be able to receive a good signal inside and out side this is totally incorrect I cant receive any signal. I have to walk up the street to get any signal at all.
Which suggests to me once BT SWITCHES OFF the copper landline I will not have any mobile/phone connectivity I can use. Internet phones not good here either to much down time Good not make emergency phone call in a power cut.
I look forward to your reply and perhaps an engineer visit to prove to your system/O2 IS NOT WORKING AS IT SHOULD

Having read your reply I again rang Tech support this time advised Masts around me were down and could not give any time scale for their repair. I advised this operator that the problem was not new she confirmed mast was identified as down in January and could only advise me to cancel my Tesco account and use one that didn't use O2 not sure where good service shows here I would expect after three months that you should be able to advise when it will be repaired.
Marks out of 10 on this occasion 0 ZERO
I look forward to a far more professional reply.

Once my problem described engineer said I know exactly what is wrong went out to his van returned with relevant part fitted and working within ten minutes

POOR QUALITY service will not be using Comet again

Expensive item ordered Arrived in second hand over packing

Good afternoon
Goods received in Timely delivery by courier
However the overpack packaging was very obviously re used packaging
Battered and not new as I would expect from Comet.
Inside goods seem to be ok and so far working.
To me this was a quality purchase and I expected better from Comet.
Feels Like it came from third rate retailer.
This said TWO OTHER ITEMS arrived on same order arrived separately
Again in second hand packaging still with labels attached for Items that were not mine
However items inside were correct.
This experience will prevent me from buying from Comet in the future.
It was appalling
Sadly, I have disposed of cardboard packaging in disgust and cannot send you photos
I look forward to your professional your reply.

Thank you for your email, I’m sorry to hear this.

When we ship our products out from our warehouse, they are put into a brown box to make the item more secure, rather than just in the original box.
They are all brand new.
