No communication, was told a few days before I needed the product that the supplier was delayed due the the amount of orders and no time frame for when my item was be ready or dispatched. Asked for refund, same day my item had been finished and shipped. Great item. But poor customer service

Thank you for my items, however when I received the box it was so damaged, I was very lucky the box didn't break when I picked it up . Also lucky that the plates were not broken. It looked like the box had already be used a few times

Ordered items in plenty of time for Christmas, 1 arrived but the other did not. It still hadnt arrived my 22nd December So contacted Jack Wills and was Informed that it was still in the warehouse waiting pick up. Asked if iteam would arrive in time for Christmas...could not get a strict answer. So asked for refund, was told NO! I would have to wait for the warehouse to confirm package could not be sent. What a surprised Item did not arrive at all. No contact from Jack Wills and on 27th December was informed that the item was not in warehouse and indeed lost . Was Informd that now I could have a refund...2 days after Christmas as item now maybe not available. Shame they couldnt give me a refund on 22nd as I could of gone out to get another present. (As family member did not get a present for Christmas) But now I have to wait another 3-5 days for a refund! JOKE! not happy, doesn't even come close. The impression I got from who I was talking to was 'unlucky and Tough. Needless to say I will not be shopping at Jack Wills in the future. Really really poor customer service.

Was welcomed as soon as we entered the store, by a really nice man called Mo, he was so helpful 👍... that we brought a sofa thats day after going home to measure our living room one final time. Thank you. Great customer service and he deserves an award 👏
