If there was a minus stars you would definitely. Be very careful when dealing with this company -unless of course you have money to throw away.
The customer service is appalling. They talk the talk …but don’t hold your breath waiting for something to happen. They are shocking.
I honestly do not know how they are still trading.

My husband passed away in December. I have been trying to get a refund from this outfit for the 3 x months subscription that he had paid. There have been more emails to this company than I have had to write to any Insurance Company, Pension or any other service provider. It is absolutely shameful that they insist on holding in to my husbands money. I have had numerous phone calls and correspondence and it has got me nowhere. A proper shower. It is times like this when you see the true colours of a Company. My husband was very respected in the hospitality industry. I shall definitely make this known.

I assure you we never try to purposefully make it difficult to get money back and we do need to follow processes but I want to make sure we're doing everything we can for you whilst ensuring we get the money to the right place on behalf of the deceased.
I've sent a request for information if you would be so kind to reply to that so I can get to the bottom of it for you and give you peace of mind that it's sorted as best we can.

We had a wonderful holiday.
The Hotel was fabulous. We were a little disappointed with the buffet food but the rest of the hotel was amazing.
The checkin luggage arrangement from the hotel was priceless.
Overall, we had the most wonderful holiday.

An absolute pleasure to deal with.
Have had a terrible experience in the past with a different company doing the same thing so was quite apprehensive..but..there was no need for concern. Prompt delivery and easy ordering!

I placed my order on 14/4 and paid by Credit Card. The money was taken immediately. I still have not received my plants (Over £120 worth-foolish i know!)
I believe that all the good comments are made up-you will notice that they are all invited! Trust pilot should be dealing with this.
You cannot contact the sham Company, They say they operate a "Ticket System" well-that has now been removed. If you complete a ticket -then it automatically comes back as resolved-even though nothing has been done. I had left messages previously and they are just ignored. There is absolutely no way of contacting them.
They respond to Facebook comments- they have time to do that.
They are now saying 15 days for your order..but you musn't count weekends and Bank Holidays. WHY? My order is still being processed apparently.They need to learn about Customer Service. In this climate when everyone is struggling. They are just taking advantage of the situation!

I am sorry you are unhappy. During this unprecedented busy period where we must adhere to COVID 19 government regulations, dispatch may extend up to 15 WORKING days.
The situation is changing all the time, and the couriers are also extremely busy, ***so in some instances this time frame may be further extended.*** We are therefore now advising delays of between 2-4 weeks for shipments of order. Unfortunately, these are unforeseen circumstances and we are working very hard to bring these timeframes back down.
Regrettably we are unable to specify exact delivery times for all orders at the moment, and we do aim to be as fast as possible.
Some orders may be split and arrive in multiple packages over several days.
We thank you for your patience at this time, and would ask you not to panic. Our customer support system is up and running again now, after a short outage, again sorry for this.

I came into the store with no intention of buying. I was just browsing.
The lovely Assistant Manager was so very welcoming and kind.
I ended up making a full purchase of lounge furniture and am absolutely thrilled.
I will be coming back in on Saturday to complete my purchases for my new house.
She was not In the slightest bit pushy but extremely helpful and informative.
We are so very pleased with our purchases. 😀😀
