Having bought some titanium hair straighteners in April I recently noticed a build up of deposits on the side of the plates. I called customer services and spoke with Gabriela for advice who ask me to send in photos. The same day I received a reply detailing not only how to remove the marks but also saying to contact them again if there were any future issues. The customer service is excellent, very rarely today can you even phone a company to speak to someone about an issue ( which speaks volumes) but not only do they actually pick up but the same person ( Gabriela) confirmed she would be the one to look at my email and reply. First class all round, thank you.

Excellent company. Kieran fitted us in at quite short notice and did a great job after we had a water cylinder replaced and the engineers had made quite a mess of our landing carpet.

Having bought two sofas from M&S in 2020 we were surprised that within a year the frames in both had started to fail. At that point M&S replaced both items of furniture, however within eighteen months the two seat cushions on the large sofa had deteriorated significantly.We raised this with Marks and they sent a technician who although cold see the deterioration, advised that as it was not considered a manufacturing fault there was nothing they could do.We queried this as the other sofa was still fine but always were given the same response that there was nothing they could do, however they did suggest we take our complaint to the furniture ombudsman which we did. It did take some time compiling everything but we felt strongly that M&S should replace the inner cushions. Our case was assigned to Danielle Turner who investigated further and came to the conclusion that replacing the cushions was ‘fair and reasonable’. It is reassuring that there is an unbiased third party that we could take our case to and would advise anyone to do the same. Thank you again to the furniture ombudsman and in particular to Danielle.

Having bought a set of beautiful garden furniture in 2019 unfortunately the surface on the firepit table began to deteriorate after a couple of years. We spoke with Moda at the end of the summer last year and they were happy not only to replace the table but to store it over the Winter for us and it was delivered last week. The service from Moda from each department (showroom, head office, dispatch and delivery team) is second to none, thank you.
