Highly recommended! I came across this company online by chance, tend to stick with big well known furniture suppliers, but decided to give BedKingdom a go, and they did not disappoint. The bed I ordered was a fantastic price and available with free next day delivery. The delivery was hassle free and i was kept well informed prior to arrival and not left waiting around, they arrived promptly and were pleasant and polite. The bed was easy enough to build with clear instructions, and once built was very solid and looks significantly more expensive than what I paid. I would highly recommend and definitely shop again!

Excellent service, text and email in advance with details of delivery, a 3 hour window the day before delivery and a call an hour before arrival. The delivery was prompt and the delivery men were polite and friendly and respectful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service. There was no hard sell, just friendly approachable staff in Gateshead Sofology store, who had a good product understanding and provided helpful advice and recommendations. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and over the moon with the price and the quality of the new sofa. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.
