Boot it! Leather it!

Made a claim nearly 2 weeks ago. Just an email from them saying they were struggling. And not to call them. Can't even access my account online.

I put some shoes in my shopping basket to buy, and left them there for a few day. When I returned to purchase them I just clicked through but the price had changed. Office had raised the price of the shoes but kept them in the basket.

Really bad practice in my opinion. Now I have to can and will likely lose money.

Full of fraudsters who flood market place with non existant items. You pay for them and then have to wait weeks for a refund.

Depop doesnt seem to have the same issues.

New returns policy is awful - lets the whole process down.

I ordered some clothes which arrived promptly and were fine. Sadly, wasn't happy with the fit so decided to return them. That is where the problems begin...

First off, there is no documentation in the box (for green reasons apparently... I'm not so sure anymore)
Had to log in and get docs to print them out which is not the end of the world as long as you have a printer.
It turns out that the file type they send returns labels on is a nightmare to print. Firefly photo or something.
I spoke to an assistant and they will not send it in any other format. Anyway, I finally got it printed out and took it along to the DHL drop off and the parcel wouldn't scan. (I couldn't book a slot as I work and cant be in during the week!)
I returned home spoke to another bot who told me they would send another label. So I waited a few hours to receive the label but nothing... Apparently this takes 48 hours to arrive electronically which now means I will now need to wait until next weekend to return these bloody clothes. So far I haves wasted around 3 hours or so trying to return some clothes that usually should be done in minutes.
Maybe I am cynical, but I think this new green return policy might have something to do with making returns more difficult and therefore boosting profits.

Cartridge was taking too long so cancelled. Caused problems, with reg ink so tried to speak to a customer advisor... These guys know less than my grandma about the service tjey are providing and aimple repeat from a script. The service sounds great but whem theres a problem, good luck getting ot sorted.

Broken in just over a year. Will go back to the other main brand-that lasted over 10 years before giving up the ghost.

Used Mr P for years. Bought some shoes recently and as they had a leather sole i put on protective sole. I have worn them for the forst time this week and the tongue is half way across the shoe. So bad it curls up and looks quite ridiculous. Mr P cant do anything as i had 'modified' the shoes. What were you thinking of doing, reselling them?

Boughtvsome shoes that were "out of stock". Now, the seller seems reluctant to return the money. Or Paypal are... Either way Grailed has washed their hands of me and juat send automated scripted links to PayPal and are now ignoring all emails. Thanks grailed.

If ever there was a phrase more apt than 'you get what you pay for' I'd love to hear it. Bought a Landmann bbq for around £20-£30 with a five year warranty last summer. When it arrived it had more screws than... (you can finish that yourself) and took forever to assemble. Only used a few times and the metal is warping and shelves don't sit flush. There are no ventilation holes which means... I'm not sure but every other bbq seems to have them except this one. The wood has also begun to disintegrate eventhough it was kept in the garage over the winter months.
Essentially this is a disposable bbq that takes an hour to assemble.

Bought my case when I purchased my phone. Its turned yellow and bits are breaking off. Its also super flimsy next to the pen port, looks like it wouldn't possibly survive a drop on that corner. Luckily never have. Not really worth the cash.

Paid for next day delivery on 4 items sent. Now over 48 hours and still not at their destinations. Use these because they are cheap, not because they're any good.
