Our oven door exploded (it had not been in use for several days) and the service I received was horrendous. As I did not have a warranty (it was an oven that was fitted in a flat I bought),I would need to pay for repairs. More importantly, there were no concerns about a faulty or dangerous product. When trying to speak to someone to get a quote on repairs, two representatives asked if anyone was hurt. When I confirmed not, their concern about liability disappeared. Shameful service. (I gave up trying to get a quote from them as they ultimately told me they couldn't provide a quote without knowing the age of the oven.) Note: Whirlpool is linked with Hotpoint.co.uk repairs.

UPDATE 26 Jan 2026: after Whirlpool saw my review, they called me (fastest service so far!!). Once again, the first question was if anyone was hurt. Upon confirming no-one or my pet was injured, they were clear that they assume no liability and I would be responsible to pay for repairs. Going forward, I will make a point of never purchasing any Whirlpool or Hotpoint-related product.

I've ordered from a few different pet food supply companies and in my experience this is the only one who has consistently prompt delivery.

Why haven't I bought one of these earlier? Even after having vacuumed with my old vacuum a couple days prior to the Shark arriving, the amount of dirt and HAIR that it collected was mind blowing. Incredible suction power, love the LED lights, and does a fantastic job on picking up hair (my cat's and my own). It is heavier than I expected but after a few uses, I got used to handing it. HIGHLY recommend!

I am so glad I chose 4th Utility for broadband in my new flat. 4th Utility was the only option for full fibre and I was a little sceptical having not heard of them before, but I couldn't be happier with the super fast connection, which has not failed us once in the two months since moving in. Further, installation was efficient, and the technician, Dinesh, was respectful of our home, took time to explain how it would be installed, and was an overall lovely person. Great customer service relating to updating my mailing address. Unfortunately, it wasn't as straightforward online but once connected with a representative (Sabbir) it was sorted swiftly.

Unfortunately, it took 8 months for myself and my friend to receive my referral rewards ... and that is only because I spent far too much time writing and calling Aklamio. Every call or email resulted in Aklamio requesting further information about the friend I referred and their referral details. Ultimately, Aklamio said pay-out was the responsibility of Virgin and Virgin said pay-out was the responsibility of Aklamio. Honestly, I found the experience (with both companies) extremely frustrating and tiring, but I primarily pushed both companies to pay out as a matter of principle. I will never make another referral that promises a reward because the process was way too difficult and draining.

I bought this ring-making workshop through Yuup for a friend's birthday and she can't stop raving about it! She loved the process from start to finish of making her very own bespoke ring. She also thought that the instructor was excellent - she highly recommends! (I am a die-hard fan of Yuup - have experienced so many new and interesting activities and outings - has made me love Bristol even more!) Thank you, Yuup!!

Was very easy to get a quote online, which was honoured after giving over my phone. The kiosk was a bit finicky at times, such as mistakenly detecting accessories on the phone. Had to try a couple times before it accepted it but once it did, the deposit was transferred to my account within an hour. Would recommend.

Ordered the van the same day (within 3 hours of needing it). Reasonably priced, punctual and efficient. Would highly recommend!
