My daughter bought me a pottery wheel experience through ClassBento for mother's day and it was brilliant. Set in a lovely studio with great tuition we were then able to try things for ourselves. We were able to bring one of our creations home with us -any others could be purchased for a small amount. It was a relaxed morning and I was really pleased with what I made. I will definitely be returning to try one of the other workshops.

We booked a week's parking in car park 5 Birmingham airport at a cost of £59.99. Our return flight from Madeira was cancelled due to high winds and rescheduled for 2 days later. We couldn't amend our booking so had to pay extra on our return. That is fair enough but what it cost us is not fair. NCP charged us an extra £113 for 2 days parking. Probably more expensive than central London. What a total rip off and they are totally cashing in on late or cancelled flights. Jet2 will pick up that bill but it's appalling that they can get away with this. When booking in future it might be an idea to book a couple of extra days just in case because this will only cost a few pounds.

Update-had a response from NCP asked for further information such as booking reference, name, email address etc. I had already provided this information in my first review but provided it again in the hope they might actually consider how outrageous their charges were in our circumstances. Just as well I didn't hold my breath as I have heard nothing since!

I only joined the club a few weeks ago and was initially really enjoying my classes and seeing improvement in my strength and fitness. I was keen to try new things and made friends. Unfortunately an incident recently rather tarnished my experience and I feel that the issue was dealt with in an unnecessarily harsh way without any thought for the way a new member might respond to this treatment. Although it's quite a time before I need to renew my membership I will seriously consider if I'm going to rejoin especially if there are any other incidents in the coming months.

Delivered on time as expected

I have ordered many hampers from the Cornish company over the years and can never fault the process. It's easy to do, you are always informed of the progress of the order, and the hamper is always delivered on time with delicious food.My daughter lives the gluten free pasties and scones.

Very simple process to contact the dentist and make an appointment. Hardly any wait too which was great. He explained everything clearly after a thorough check up. He explained what would be covered and what wouldn't and I was able to book my next appointment quickly. Would thoroughly recommend the service.

It was really easy to check and compare prices of home insurance, and also really easy to then go on and take the new policy out. Saved my father in law over £200

Item delivered on time in good condition. Only what I would expect from a courier

Don't usually have an issue with this courier however they let me down on this occasion. My daughter ordered flowers for me via Moonpig. Obviously the weather has been really hot this year so the flowers would already have been struggling packed in a cardboard box and transported in a hot van. The driver brought them and it was clear what was inside the package. We were out and he left them outside the front door in full sun! I had to ring a friend and ask them to go round and move them into the shade. If I hadn't they certainly would have died. He would only have had to go to the side of the house to find some shade. It's not rocket science.

Excellent product perfect delivery

Had several emails informing me of date and expected time of delivery. This schedule was completely accurate and couldn't fault the service

Couldn't fault this company from start to finish. The choice of products was great, the price was good. Ordering was easy and through every stage of the delivery process I was kept up to date. The men who delivered the item were polite and efficient, took everything away as planned. Would highly recommend.

Perfect secluded dog friendly cottage near strumble head in pembrokeshire. The description and photos were perfect. Although it could sleep 8 people the details were honest in the fact that there was only one bathroom so would ideally suit 4-6 people. Our group consisted of 4 adults, one young child and a small dog. The room layout was ideal. There was a small garden with gates so it was perfect for allowing the dog to potter outside, and picnic benches for us to eat and relax. We had clear instructions on how to find the cottage which was very useful. Whilst the phone signal was not great the WiFi was good.It was only a 10 minute drive to a beach and a short walk to the lighthouse. St David's was a 30 minute drive and there were many other lovely places to visit nearby. It was so peaceful and quiet and the whole process was very smooth.

Great products, great fit, quick delivery

Once tracking for my parcel was available I gave specific instructions on where to leave it. This was either not passed on to the driver or ignored and the parcel was left by the front door. I would not use this courier from choice and am coming to the conclusion that I will not buy from companies that use this courier.

Excellent product, excellent price, quick delivery

I appreciated the accurate updates on delivery as I had ordered items to be delivered elsewhere. I could then pass this on to my friend so she didn't have to stay in for hours waiting. I was given an hour slot and the items were delivered within that hour. Great service

Smooth service from start to finish. Wide range of products available. I ordered a range of free samples which arrived after a few days. The fabric I choose arrived by courier a few days later and had to be signed for which I prefer. It's always risky having it left outside if you are not in. I was very happy with my choice of fabric although did find that the width measurement supplied was incorrect (stated to be 133cms wide whereas in fact it was 140cms). This wasn't an issue with what I was making but in some cases it might be important.

We were at home but the courier did not knock to alert us. At least the weather was dry as the parcels were left by the front door. We did have an hour time slot in which to expect the parcel. This was accurate. One box contained three saucepans, two out of three had been dented and I had to return them to the shop. This could have happened in transit.

I would give no stars for this company if it was possible. I placed an order for oil via Boilerjuice mid April, and paid upfront as you have to. We were given a delivery date on or before the 29th April. We received an email informing us our oil would be delivered on 28th April. We stayed in all day and the oil didn't arrive. No information was forthcoming about when the delivery would be. We rang Boilerjuice several times over the weekend and finally on Tuesday May 2nd got an email from them including information they had received from Eveson's fuels (who would be delivery it) stating that the tanker had come but the driver felt he needed a mini tanker in order to complete the delivery. We live in a lane and have had no problem with other tankers and usually assist the drivers to pass the delivery line through the hedge to the tank. They would have been well aware of our situation as it is clearly stated on our Boilerjuice account. In their email they had also told Boilerjuice that they don't have access to mini tankers so our order would have to be cancelled and rebooked. Strangely it states on their website that their drivers know the local rural areas well and advise residents not to worry if they live in small lanes etc as they have access to mini tankers and can handle any delivery whether domestic or agricultural. With oil prices rising hugely perhaps they just thought they would mess our order about and then resell the oil at a much higher price to some one else. I will not be placing any further orders with them via Boilerjuice or directly, and will not be recommending them to other customers.
