First contact and first impression is positive. I received a phone call and girl on the phone was nice, showing empathy. Received some paperwork very quickly. Its no win no fee claim and company takes quite a bit chunk (around 45%). I will be updating as the case progresses further.

They Lowered my direct debit so I would assume that the price went down, but it increased. I was not paid for my export electricity yet and it is not possible to check on the app or request by app like with the standard account. Double standards for us and them.

I have not been emailed the label for customs purposes and my parcel is being picked after weekend, there’s no way to contact you before that. Customer service poor.

I ordered coat online, which was on sale for £75 and I was charged £105. I only saw when I received the email from superdry. Even when I was on pay now page this amount never showed, it was all the way £75. I tried to contact superdry through email and phone and failed. For 40min no one answer the phone and it was not resolved. I was informed Via email I can return the parcel if I don’t like it! I don’t like conman, Superdry! It was not clearly advertised! I have got a screenshot of the offer with the price £75 and never £104 showed up even on the “pay now“ page! I received your email with a different price only after I paid. Never again as your customer service don’t exist!
