We got a next day appointment. We were seen on time, no waiting around. The vet knows our nervous cat and always treats him quickly and efficiently before he's had enough!! Our poor cat hates coming to the vets but they always do the very best to minimise his stress and anxiety.

Parcel came at the designated time. So convenient.

It's such a relief knowing someone is coming to sort out your car trouble.
Josh was so helpful and made a bad morning much better!! He got me a new tyre and fitted it nice and quick!!

All good. Bed delivered, taken upstairs and opened for my inspection. Was given two different delivery times, which was a bit confusing. Otherwise very happy!

From start to finish, from the first conversation to arriving home, this was the most brilliant experience. Everything was arranged to our specifications, and much was thought of on our behalf. Nothing was too much trouble.Simona arranged and rearranged and arranged again, every time I asked for something different. Travel was sorted out effectively (although we did cheat once or twice with an Uber!!). Excellent
hotels were chosen, knowledgeable and thoughtful guides were engaged, all activities we wanted were set out in the brilliantly comprehensive guide book. Even a small mishap with one forwarded suitcase was sorted out by the team in the Japan office.

I used the online chat and the phones. My queries were answered promptly and efficiently. Charles was extremely politely and so helpful and within minutes my mattress was purchased. I would recommend this family run business.

My dark spots appeared quite suddenly and dramatically, quite large, lots together, all on one arm. The dark spot vanish cream has gradually faded them so that someone I showed them to had difficulty seeing them!

Paul and Sam did an excellent job, adding 2 more radiators to our central heating. They arrived nice and early, were friendly and eager to get the job done exactly as we wanted it and cleaned up as they went. I am really happy with the work. Thanks to them both!

I mark them 1 star down for the length of time it took to answer the phone. Once they picked up I couldn't fault their service!!
Nayib was extremely helpful in setting up a new account for us after we moved. He knew exactly what had to be done and got on with it. The phone call was cut off but he rang straight back.
All energy companies seem to have a mix of excellent and awful reviews but people like Nayib definitely earn their companies the excellent reviews!!

Julie Mitchell answered immediately - a bit of a shock really as so many other companies you ring have you listening to mind numbing stuff for ever!
