Scammers ! They said if I switch to British Gas itâs fixed 180 a month they are charging me £500 a month !!!

Complete lie , it was perfect, I even took pictures before it was sent. They reduced my offer by a considerable amount saying itâs was because of the said scratches. I rejected their revised offer and asked for my phone back because I knew it had no scratches at all, only to find they had damaged it while in their care. No doubt so they donât have to fork out the full amount originally quoted . I am furious! I can no longer get the price it was worth elsewhere. Complete con, if youâve got a perfect, no flaws phone do not send. I hate dishonest practices like this. Rang them up and they couldnât give a crap their word against mine . Scottish power said uswitch are dishonest and I've been charged £200 fine from coming out of contract. I refuse to be rob by them and now I'm blacklisted.
What a brilliant company this. Uswitch said I should of double checked and not to take there email serious.

Ended up paying for Virgin broadband and TV, as well as Sky TV. Had to cancel Sky by myself. Canât see the point of this service if you have to do it yourself.
