Dangerous mountfield petrol lawnmower. 18 month's with it well looked after and stored in garage the fuel pipe from tank to carb had deisintgrated causing petrol to leak all over the garage. Also, very dangerous,if I tried to start could have been very bad. This is down to poor quality of fuel line from tank to engine . Not impressed, poor quality and dangerous. It has a two year guarantee, Screwfix only keep online invoices for 18 month's, including on my account ( and yours). They said without proof of purchase I was screwed( pardon the pun).Who keeps paper receipts? Fixed it myself with no help from them

I placed an order with GE but it didn't arrive. I then had a message from the courier saying it had ben sent to the wrong depot. My order ended up being delivered to an address that had been used three years ago when I sent a relative a plant. She no longer lived at this address so there is no way I would have sent an order there. I believe this is an administrative error but GE refused to help. Their customer service is awful. I have raised this with my credit card provider.

These are very good quality vitamins, I love the Brewers Yeast and chew them without water because they have a lovely beer taste. Will be using HealthAid again

I feel we got lucky with our trainer/ instructor. His name was David ( Dave) and he is an ex Bedfordshire Police traffic cop. Online course, 10 people.
He was very good and professional and I found I actually enjoyed the course through the whole thing.
It was engaging all the time and I did learn things I did not know. I am also ex emergency services and have advanced driving qualifications, saying that, I took a lot away from the course and found it to be very good. Thanks

Jasper an engineer with Gas 2 Go came to fix our boiler problem. We are Nationwide Home Insurance customers and they sent him. We found the company to be great and he was professional and the best you could expect. We now have a boiler that's working like new again :-)

Terrible, brought a auxiliary battery for w211 Mercedes, only lasted 18 months, battery was faulty and dead. Should last at least six years UPDATE : 02/03/2023 My main battery in the car also brought from Tanya has also just failed at only two years. It proves that the so called 4 year warranty is completely meaningless. Tanya told me if the battery is sulfated that the warranty is void. Whether it`s sulfated or not is irrelevant in a highly maintained car that only does long journeys, it`s still faulty! Also in the response here Tanya say the reviews are good, TP are known to delete negative reviews. Go to the review centre to see real ones. They are also in breach of the sales of good act. I spoke to my solicitor today, going to sue them for the money after the garage has confirmed the battery is no good. Also , there are a huge amount of negative reviews for this company on the internet.

CAMBRIDGE BRANCH. The guys here were fantastic and I feel they went beyond the call of duty. Repair to my E class which only took 50 mins (windscreen). Nice clean waiting area with TV and drinks. What made the difference for me was that I forgot to remove my sat nav bracket which is stuck on windscreen. They removed , provided a replacement sticky tab and tucked all the sat nav wires behind the trim so it looked tidy ( better than before). I found them friendly and professional and would recommend them.

I have been with them for two years, just entering third year. Cover seems good value, I have never had to use them so can`t comment on the service yet. Hopefully I will never need them,, but for value it seems good.
