Amazing service. I left it a little late to order a personalised product so I called the workshop as per mention on website. Was assured item would arrive within stated timescale, it actually came two days earlier. Brilliant, friendly service and my GF absolutely loved her present.

If I could give them a zero I would. Ordered items on premise of 2 day delivery ahead of Christmas. Queried when there was a delay. Told items weren’t in stock but arriving soon. Order should not be fulfilled if not in stock. Items arrived after Christmas. No reply to email requesting a refund of postage costs. Had to pay for return too. Big delay on refund. I would rather send my boy out to bat with no protection, than give these cowboys my money. AVOID at all costs.

The new cinnamon swirls are a complete disaster. Loads more plastic in packaging. The cinnamon taste is minimal. The dough is tight and dense….they could have been in oven for 25 minutes and they wouldn’t have cooked properly. My boy used to adore these, now he doesn’t want me to buy them.

Great price for product. Fast, free international delivery. Great comms and service. Thank you. Maybe not as many marketing emails after purchase though.

Enjoyed my Beer 52 subscription but ill health means I will not be drinking alcohol for a while. Email sent to cancel on due to ill health, and received an email back asking me if I could be tempted by some arm twisting and discount off my next 3 boxes. Slightly unethical.....I'm ill. Next beers though.

Fast delivery, great product. I wish connecting bolts / fixing were included in the 3 pack but that’s my fault for not ordering with the shelves too. £4.99 delivery costs on a product costing £2.99 is maybe something to reconsider.

I made this order 09/08/20, on the expectation of receiving the item within 3-5 working days. (By Friday 14th August) (from UK office Direct) - Furdeco were the courier company responsible for the delivery.

Between UK Office Direct and Furdeco, 3 times I was notified on a delivery, on Wed 12th August, Thursday 13th August and Monday 17th August. Each time, the delivery was cancelled shortly before the expected window of the delivery. Along with the successful delivery date of Tuesday 18th August, I had to take 4 days off work. 3 days wasted due to your poor service.

When I received the packaging it was evident there was clearly no care taken in its transportation. Miraculously, there is only one scratch on the desk and is on the underside of the desk top, so not visible.

I have raised some of these issues to be given an apology and the query promptly closed.

Finally, there was a screw fitting which was not fitted correctly, which I remedied myself.

I have raised some of these issues to be given an apology and the query promptly closed. I left a review on the desk on your website, which was rejected upon review by a moderator. There was nothing in the review that was not factually correct. Are you deliberately misleading customers?

Awful service, avoid at all costs

UPDATE - PurpleBricks have added a comment to this review suggesting, well accusing me of making up this complaint. I have just sent the case review file and letter from the regulator to Trust Pilot compliance unit, to evidence the complaint against PurpleBricks went in my favour.

Just finished a ombudsman process, which decided in my favour. Compensation a requirement. Customer service from Purple Bricks is horrendous. Once they have you contracted, they simply do not care. I will never use them again, not would I recommend them to anyone. Steer clear and pay a little more to sell with your local agent.
