A FRAUDULANT COMPANY
Rang HMRC to see where my cheque was to be told this company was acting as my agent. This is not the case. I have never given this company my permission, yet they have submitted a form to HMRC signed...by someone who is not me! I have now reported this to action fraud and I am awaiting them to investigate this as this company have stolen my money.

The delivery was super quick and the quality of the Mallets were fantastic. Definitely use this company again.

The process of the claim was very quick and efficient. The only downside to the process is that you cannot go back and reload any documents once you have loaded them and submitted. I found this wouldn’t work for me and I missed a page of the form which meant I had to post the whole documents to you.

I was very impressed with the service that was provided. My wheel is as good as new and you wouldn’t even know.

I purchased a watch at Christmas, sent it back on 21st January 2020 as it was faulty. Received an email on 24th January saying there repair team was looking into it and will be in touch within 14 days as they are working to peak turn around times. I’ve heard nothing emailed them three times and rang several times, one number the phone rings and rings and rings but no answer and the other number tells me they are now closed and to try them between 9:30-5:30 but bare in mind I was ringing between them times! Looking at Companies House (a government website) for ltd companies it doesn’t say it has dissolved it says it is still active. I have now been In touch with trading standards. They signed for the watch I returned and I can see people have had contact with the company up until the end of January but now nothing!
