Mercedes Macclesfield - Total shambles!! No positive words can describe our experience and the car only went in for a service and 2 new tyres. How hard is that? Mercedes Macclesfield have proved it to be very hard. Despite numerous things to highlight, poor service, poor courtesy car, poor customer service and to top it off the car has come back with an engine vibration it didn’t go in with. Called 3 times, never spoke to the service department because there is no one available, but always promised a call back. We are still waiting!! Funny, when 4 weeks ago when we bought a new car from them they couldn’t do enough!! Poor poor poor poor. Do not go there.

Always a great experience with you guys. Great packaging, great delivery and great product.

My elderly parents ordered a gaming chair for their Grandson, the order process was straightforward however on receipt of the item the packaging was very clearly damaged with the item protruding outside the box. Bearing in mind this was a gift I contacted Daals on behalf of my parents to ask whether the item could be exchanged as neither the packaging or element of surprise (birthday present) was fit for purpose. I sent clear pictures explaining our fault and disappointment. The Daals Customer service was very quick to reply but explained that unless the item inside was damaged they would not exchange the product and if this was what we still wanted my parents would have to fund the return themselves. We were advised that the product would have to be emptied out the packaging to access the content, if it was damaged then all contents would need to be replaced back inside the packaging and only then would Daals replace the item. Again I am highlighting the my parents are elderly, the packaging was not fit for purpose so when the items were unpacked they would never be able to get them back into the box as it was so battered. My Son has now his received his gift albeit no surprise as it was given unwrapped in pieces. Luckily it was undamaged however due to the fact that Daals would not replace the item despite the customer being unhappy I would not use this company again.

We’ve just returned from a 2 week holiday visiting Orlando using Debbie’s Villas again. Just like our previous holiday we can’t highlight enough how much care Debbie’s Villas provide into making sure your holiday is just perfect. The villa was lovely, our teenager appreciated the 2nd bedroom which was on the other side of the villa meaning he had his own space (including his own en-suite). The pool area was a welcome after the busy, very hot days at the parks. Would I recommend Debbie’s Villas? Absolutely, without hesitation, any problems are resolved quickly, you just feel safe in their hands.

We booked this day as a one off to give us a relief from the busy Disney days. Throughly enjoyable, the set up is lovely, our guide David was friendly and very knowledgable, he went out his way to make sure we saw gators, birds and the natural environment. We are so glad we did this trip, a true gem not far from Disney.
