Frankly, this branch does not even deserve a single star. Bought AUC from Sytner BMW High Wycombe with the assurance of 12 months unlimited warranty. Within 9 months, car had an electrical fault and when I took it to Sytner BMW Maidenhead (this being local to me), they simply denied the warranty saying as car was purchased from Sytner High Wycombe, I will have to go to them and that there will be charges if Maidenhead branch were to get the issue fixed. I was assured at the time of purchase that the 12 months warranty was with BMW nationwide at any main dealers. Even after various attempts by High Wycombe branch to get the matter resolved there was no response from the Maidenhead branch. Finally had to take car to High Wycombe to get the fault fixed. Although High Wycombe did charge me labour costs, at least they didn't let me down. Even after me complaining to BMW UK about my experience and them trying to contact Sytner Maidenhead, still there was no response. As a good wheel gesture BMW UK decided to get the amount I was charged by the High Wycombe branch refunded. To me it appears the branch in Maidenhead do not value the customer at all and do not deserve the the BMW brand.

Window shutters started showing signs of cracking. When I got in touch with Hillarys, they tried charging me for replacing and additional £75 for call out. I was about 3 and half years into the 5 years warranty. After numerous calls and emails with them insisting on charging and me trying to argue that fault is to be covered under warranty, they eventually agreed. Sent out an Engineer who confirmed that at times there is sometimes a fault in the production lot so the entire lot that is manufactured ends up developing a fault after some time. Then Hillarys send their area manager to investigate or should say to deny liability. He said that the cracks on the louvers are due to environmental factors (condensation). I tried to argue that I have dehumidifiers at home and windows have had some sort of ventilation at all times. Eventually the area manager agreed to replace only 10 out of the 52 louvers (saying it was as a goodwill gesture). Still waiting for someone to finally come replace those 10 louvers. Made appointment twice and then no show. Will never recommend Hillarys, Maximum cost and zero aftersales service.

Put in for a claim for mattress being faulty while still within the 5 year warranty. The customer services not very helpful. First said the situation with the mattress is not as bad for a claim to be successful and eventually when the mattress really did become eligible for a claim (according to their specifications), bensonsforbeds told me that I will have to pay a third party company who will inspect the mattress to justify if it is a manufacture fault and only then would they consider for a claim be raised. Why should I be paying while the product is still under their 5 year warranty?

Booked for wheel alignment at Cippenham (Slough) garage and was there by 8.30am as per my booking. The garage opened 20 minutes late. Then no one seemed to care till I had to go to the reception only to be told that the Ramp has been out of service and I can not have the alignment done. No apology offered. I was told I would have to reschedule in which case the next appointment would be a week later. They had my contact on the booking so at least a phone call in advance would have been helpful and saved me from wasting my time and fuel on a 16 miles roundtrip journey.

Honestly Virgin does not even deserve a single Star. Worst service provider. Their Contractors damaged the cable outside on the footpath four months ago. Still not fixed and I am being charged fully, Been told they will compensate once the problem has been resolved, When is this going to happen? I am running out of patience with this firm

Had a Leak under the lounge floor. Other major companies struggled to find this. It took Eddie Palmer from Polygon less than 2 hours to pinpoint the area of leakage which was exactly where it was. Would definitely recommend anyone with leakage issues that are not visible, not to waste time with any other firms.
