Samsung deny refund replacement for faulty goods

I bought a samsung monitor LS32DG802SUXXU on 12th June 2024 for £720.
On 26th February 2025 I powered on the monitor.
To find no picture only sound.
After contacting samsung they said.
"We will repair your monitor.
We will not replace or refund you...
So now I am forced to seek legal recourse.
Disgraceful behaviour
We have your money now faulty F.... you attitude.

Good place to learn and book my motorcycle test.

Very good place to learn and book my motorcycle test.
( I passed first time ).
Only criticism on the day of driving to take my mod 2 test, the communication earpiece between myself and the instructor driving to the test centre the sound on the earpiece was set very loud.
On the way to the test centre myself and the other learner made a minor driving error.
The instructor shouted into the communication device so loud I had tinnitus in my ear for 24 hours.

Virgin broadband repeatedly lie to its customers (recorded).

I have been told by virgin three times my TV box is with yodel,
Now 2 weeks later a virgin broadband manager said to me'' we have NOT sent your TV box as a problem has aroused for all customers re delivery.
Virgin broadband do not speak the truth to its customers.
They lied deliberately to me, I have the recordings.
After all once a recorded lier
ALLWAYS a liar.
Will import my landline to my sky account (Free)
Then choose another honest internet provider.
Go Elsewhere.

Nick from bitmain is a thief

Nick from bitmain has tried stealing my S21 200ths Antminer I sent to bitmain recommended repair center by refusing to return my Antminer.
I paid £4950 for.
Bitmain small print policy says...
If a requested repair machine stays with
Us for 4 months the machine becomes our property.
Typical Chinese behaviour shoddy goods services.
Untrustworthy

BT lies to customer re Digital Voice

BT operator delebertly lied to me stating my home phone line would stay analogue when I joined BT.
After cancelling my BT contract as a 2nd BT operator told me ``All BT packages are sold with Digital Voice``.
So during a power cut my landline will not work.

Aliexpress Culpable in allowing it's sellers to advertise using wattsapp

Aliexpress deliberately allow sellers to advertise using wattsapp, so sellers can steal money from its customers.
Aliexpress seller Wendy hot sale car parts conned me into using wattsapp then stole £1751 in bitcoin transaction.
Seller then used fake shipping website blinefservices.com to try to steal £600 from me.
Aliexpress refused to take down sellers advertising contract via wattsapp
AliExpress higher team closed my case 7 times.
I provided AliExpress complete documentation of above crimes.
AliExpress refused to refer my case to police.
I reported this case to UK police.
F.B.I.
I provided AliExpress 10 other sellers advertising watts app numbers.
AliExpress still has these 10 sellers advertising watts app numbers.
Even though AliExpress offers messaging and photo to buyers and sellers.

Samsung 6.1.1 update enables other apps full profile of my device.

Samsung S9 ultra update one ui version 6.1.1
Have to turn OFF Duck duck go app tracking protection for most of my apps to work.
Was not the case before update.
Now many other of my apps request 1000s of times and are granted a full profile of my device and my interaction.
This is a obviouse way to gain information on all samsung devices.
Do not update 6.1.1 as you can not downgrade.

Aliexpress sellers using wattsapp to steal from it's customers

Aliexpress has many sellers advertising wattsapp numbers, my Aliexpress complaint was not answered.
Aliexpress advertised Wendy hot sale car parts With wattsapp number.
Wendy Hot Sale Car Parts stole £1751 in bitcoin transaction using wattsapp.
Aliexpress seller Wendy hot sale car parts used fake website blinefservices.com to scam me saying my order was on hold at Turkmenistan customs, Seller wanted 800 dollars in bitcoin paid to seller only...
Aliexpress closed my case 6 times protecting this criminal.

Scam phone s10

Ordered s10 5g twin sim unlocked on line.
I recieved s10 SINGLE SIM. LoCKED.
Spent 2 hours in store to exchange.
Have what orders but 4g and smaller screen.
I am stuck with a £550 phone I never ordered.
What a scam.
