Second review of Moda

Second review of Moda, they finally got in touch and delivered half the order. They said our sun loungers won’t be delivered as they are out of stock. As an alternative they offered 5% discount however they don’t have any other sun loungers. I’m now £300+ out of pocket and they won’t respond to my request for a refund…

Been trying to book a delivery date

Been trying to book a delivery date, they say they email you then don't, then have zero ways of contacting them. Every option on their website is broken!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Do not book with this company! If you try and speak to them about an existing booking you will either speak to a bot online or if you call their number you will be passed to a customer service line that hangs up on you when they realise it is not a new sale. I will never use this company again.

Much better customer service

I recently contacted Dunelm’s customer service and on the first attempt received a very poor service. After leaving a review on Trustpilot, I was contacted again by a representative called Stuart. He was absolutely brilliant, completely understood and dealt with the issue and resolved it. As I am reviewing the whole experience I would say 4* (based on the terrible first experience). Dealing with Stuart however - absolutely 5*
