Order arrived quickly, the shrub was well packed and secure inside the box. The outer layer of the box had torn, but there was enough packaging inside to protect the shrub.

I ordered two large boxes, one for the BMW M1000 RR and one for the Steamboat, simply to keep the dust off them, that was my only criteria. The boxes with the backing pictures really bring the models alive, I had not expected the difference it made. The BMW bike in particular has much more presence in the room now. They are easy to put together, but for older hands getting the protective film off them was tricky to get started, trying to lift a corner was the hardest part. We were flummoxed by the holes in the bottom of the BMW base, they were there for a reason, but we could not see what. A quick call to Boxxco and some studs to go into the holes were sent out. These give stability to the bike in the box and should have been put in before shipping, but everything was sorted easily and quickly. It was easy to get hold of them, they were very helpful and the missing parts arrived in a couple of days. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have had a number of robot cleaners over the years and all from irobot. It was very clear last year that their support team were overwhelmed, queries took much longer and getting through on the phone was near impossible, where it used to be easy. I just had a problem with a 705max combo dirty water tank, so I tried the new chat service, it works very well. It was fast, the BOT Rosie is not at all annoying and as soon as I asked for an agent, I was transferred. My unit it being replaced, the whole process done in a week. The new unit is already with UPS. I would have preferred to phone, but the chat works well. I had hoped a new water tank could be sent,as that would be an easy swap out, but they don't have spares. Of the 5 robots, this is the first vacuum to give an issue. The old ones are still going, but the new lidar ones are just so much better. I hope support standards gets back to where it used to be. If you need them use the chat line, have your serial number ready it's the first thing needed on the chat system,

Delivery tracking was updated in real time, the driver was kind and polite and loaded heavy goods straight into my wheelbarrow and then made sure I could move the barrow jnto the garden before he left.

Delivery was fast and efficient despite it being Evri that delivered. Being able to purchase hand soap in large containers is a very useful way to reduce plastic use in the home. This soap works well in sensor operated containers.

As usual AO made the whole process simple. The delivery went fine, all packaging and old appliance taken away. We were the first delivery of the day and had been notified the night before that we were in the first three, this was very useful as we could get up early and be ready, rather than waking to a text saying we are almost there. I waited for AO to have my choice of dryer in stock as I have never had a drama with them.

Money taken for express order, 3 working days from date of order. Only went to this company because of review on their specialist compost by RHS. 7 days later no order, no dispatch confirmation. The only contact they have is email, but no answer from that. Search on online trying to find information for contact number show this taking of money and non delivery has been going on for years. I assume like others I have lost my money. As small amounts of money I think no one bothers to post here. My loss was not that small £48. Stay away from these people.

Wright's fish is always good quality. If any of the fish is smaller than they expect, they provide a partial refund without the customer needing to ask. There is usually a good choice of filleted fish. The delivery is always excellent via DPD. I've been ordering with them since they started the online business and have never had cause to complain. I hope as they grow the online side the quality remains.

Julie at the Newbury store was very helpful, kind and patient. My feet were not happy in the shoes I wanted, despite trying different sizes and widths. Julie took on the challenge and brought out shoe after shoe after shoe until we found a pair my feet were happy with. If it were not for her perseverance, I'd have given up after two try ons.

The delivery crew were polite, helpful and punctual. The live tracking was incredibly useful as it tracks on a standard map, so you know exactly where the van from the minute it starts on the day of delivery.

It's nice when a product exceeds your expectation and that is exactly what patio blackspot cleaner did. Our Marshalls sandstone patio has been down for 7 years. It's been lightly pressure washed using a spinning jet patio washer twice a year as Marshalls suggested to keep it clean. This year we noticed the blackspot was starting to completely cover some stones, so we gave patio blackspot remover a try. Although it's seems expensive, (we needed 8 bottles), it is still miles cheaper than replacing a shabby patio. We now have a pristine patio, we had forgotten the beauty of the stones we had chosen all those years ago. The colours and irridensance are restored. It was not the most pleasant thing to use, but it is easy to do. Because of the size of the patio the fume build up was unpleasant so it was done over three days, with an early start to beat the sunshine. It works as stated, just pick a dull day, wear mask and wellies and don't try and do too much in one go.

Having read the reviews here, I was very worried when it was clear I was going to have to call tech support for help with a misbehaving S9+ that had decided to remove internal walls from his smart map and despite me sending him on mapping runs, he refused point blank to reinstate the walls. On my own I deleted his map and let him start again, but after 14 runs he still said in training. Tech support suggested I do a factory reset, they then followed up with email later in the day to say they could see the smart map was now being stored in the cloud and all was well. This was before the second mapping run was over. I was sceptical but when he finished the map was ready. They then also sent me full documentation to help if he freaks out again as there was a much simpler solution to the damaged map problem, you can reload a backup from your history. I found the tech support helpful, kind and supportive. I have only had the team, two S9+ and Brava M6 for a few weeks so was devasted when one played up. If you get a problem, call them, they helped me in a gracious and kind way. The team clean 2500sq.ft.daily. I swore I'd send them back if they didn't clean to my standards but they are fine, all the carpets look lovely after they have finished. The 1000sqft of porcelain tiles look good being wet mopped daily, the tiles have a dull non slip finish and on the dark floors you can see where she has been when the light hits in the right way, but on the light coloured floors I see nothing.

I wish every delivery system was as good as DPD. With one supplier they now let me specify DPD, because their other parcel company seem to want to avoid rural areas and never deliver on the dsy they should. Our local drivers are always friendly and will put heavy boxes into the hallway for me and put it to the side out of the way. They always step back from the door after ringing the bell and always greet me with a smile. We have had Bulent on our route for most of the Covid years deliveries and he has always been careful and cheerful. I select online stores that use DPD in preference to those that do not.

Having spent a week at Netherby Hall where Noble Isle was the supplied bathroom products, I fell in love with their body lotion. It's light, wonderfully perfumed and affordable. Purchasing direct was easy and the delivery fast. I have no concerns buying from this company and supporting UK manufacturers.

Excellent quality fish. I chose their box for 2. The cardboard fish box arrived well packed and insulated with wool. The inside temperature was 4c when it arrived this morning. The fillets are sealed, labelled and ready for the freezer. The hardest part was deciding what to have today & tomorrow and what to freeze. Being able to use the wool wrap as a mulch or under seedling trays and cardboard box composted just added to the service. Farewell to polystyrene fish boxes and dubious quality fish, Wrights are my new fishmonger.

Having used frames before, we knew the quality would be good. The turnaround times are fast, the sizes are exact to what you input on the web site and the delivery was by DPD which makes everything stress free for the delivery. This is the third time we have used them for frames for photo enlargements to go on the wall and will continue to do so. The choice is good, the response is fast and everything is well packed. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
