Found Jaunt online, I just needed 10 hrs cover, which they supplied but charged me then didn't send me policy, so when I tried to sort you can't speak to anyone. So ended up having take out another policy at an extra charged policy. CS is poor wouldn't recommend at all.

Google have taken 45 transactions out…

Google have taken 45 transactions out of my bank and I cant get hold of anyone to sort. There stupid system asks for a number of the bank which I provided and it still comes up with error message. Infuriating, I started a case against them but its not done by a human. Then get told to use a site chat with volunteers who can't help. Apparently they don't have UK support either email or phone no so they don't have to deal with their issues. It's time to remove all Google products and services from our lives, second time in 3 months.

I've been sold faulty AIRMAX PILLOWS @ £14.99 each should have bought the £4.99 cheaper branded products, I have forwarded your auto response on to trading standards you can't reply to all. Sold products based on advertising by yourselves which haven't lasted 6 months 3rd time trying to get in touch with you so not happy. SILENTNIGHT are unwilling to answer any messages on line phone was dropped twice when being transfered. They come with 2 year guarantee @ this rate it will be out of date and I will have 6 pillows for bin fodder.

Bought a policy online one which has a driving app, when we downloaded the app and linked it and said connected, the paperwork and instruction card said you will not have to log in again so we never bothered then I get an email saying your insurance policy has been cancelled less than 2 weeks from start date and charged £98 for this (rip off ).
I call them they say we have emailed you to let you know we have cancelled your policy because the device wasn't activated we argued it states live and connected ,there is nothing I can do you will have to take out a new policy because the other one Is cancelled. This went on for 14 mins her arguing over the app and said we should be going in every day, we asked ho speak to a manager to to which she refused 4x and then gave in and put us through to the most arrogant person ever who kept say hello hello I can't hear you with another employee laughing in the background not impressed don't use this incompetent company who also lie about how to use their products , they will come back with its a training issue and we need to focus on it.😕

Bt engineer came out so call sorted…

Bt engineer came out so call sorted issue, then next morning same problem WiFi connected no Internet been going on since end of June (losing my patience with BT) and always around the same time periods1 in morning till 4 in morning then same in the afternoon, since engineer came out it's now become a morning issue. The hub is less than 12 months old ,so rang BT again and got dome arrogant woman who tdlld you need to reset hub from your phone I said the engineer did that a couple of days ago and she replied snapping at me it 4 days ago and it will need resetting again and i said I'm not doing that all the time when I had no issues till June, well she said that's what you'll have to do.so in 1 week I have reset my router 3 times what a pile of crap, but on the BT forum there are loads of issues some with new contracts they have sold with same issues( I messaged them and told them to get out while they can it will only get worse and my last formal complaint was 2 weeks ago about mobile service, since they joined EE it's got worse and doubled in price) I have already started cancelling my contracts with them. GET OUT WHEN YOU CAN. If you need help getting out go to the omnibusman and get the help.

BT poor rip off services

Started 29.06.2023 still ongoing 24.08.2023.What ever you do don't use them there WiFi when it works is great but when it plays up its worse than pipex the old Internet provider, their faults and customer services must read off pre written cards. So for the last 3 months the Internet goes off just after midnight then comes back on after 0700 then goes off weirdly around the same time in the afternoon for 2 to 3 hrs . They sent me a mobile data hub but called it back after 4 days saying it was fixed and 2 hrs after sending back the system went down again they hold me they have switched the mobile data.back on which had sent back. My daughter is type 1 diabetic with Dexcom which needs WiFi so I had to add buy another package of Mobile data, appalling read my mobile Trust pilot review on how they now rip off their customers by swapping all mobiles to the dearest company EE we see Bt mobile customers and have been for years but since they got into bed with EE the services have got worse, we pay for mobile service but 9 times out of 10 you have to have house broadband to make calls but as above nothing works and we had to go to Macdonalds or local pub to get to phone using their data to make calls. On top of that we have now been told we will have to change to EE (which is not as good as Kevin Bacon advertises on telly) which is 13 pound a month dearer even with discount. I was told I could get a Deal with BTEE by 1 of their engineers which is 15.00 less than what I was offered by renewal team . I have 6 months left on my contracts then I'm out if I don't get another one I will be no difference to the service I'm getting now.

This must the only company who does not have in the drop down .
DELIVERY DRIVER ERROR so you can't actually log z complaint zbout how poor the service is or how much inconvenience thr driver causes by putting our parcel in a recycling ♻️ bin on the street

Absolute dumb bo Amazon are getting as bad as Evri, why would you put a parcel in the recycling ♻️ bin on the street when you could have put in by the front door like you normally do idiot . We want another sending out but send a different driver.

Sky Glass not getting the true

If you subscribe to sky glass you lose all pre purchased films ,which they forget to tell you, they tell you on the phone its all in the contract LOAD OF CRAP, at least once a week it blows a fuse usually after losing sound.and uou have to subscribe to more channels. Con to get more money out of customers.Amazon prime fee to use there free service you now have go buy a 2 year up front fee rip off britton

Amazon prime rip off

Anyone with a sky glass account who wants to use Amazon prime with it you can't without subscribing to a yearly fixed package we only take single payments,had to ring them to find out why we couldn't link up that's when they slap you.been paying for prime for months .now going to fight to get my money back as knowhere on does it stipulate you can't use or have to upgrade. Customer Services are absolute crap…

Customer Services are absolute crap make sure you get a copy of every conversation you have with them ,if there is an issue layer on they lie and refuse to give you the transcript and make the customer out to be in the wrong every time they don't listen and some of their staff don't even understand or communicate very well in English it's diabolical

BT have really been a good up until we took out new contracts to only find they can put the prices up through the contract (at what point do they notify the customer) will be looking to change all my mobiles and WiFi contract from from Jan 2023

Hi Peter, I'm sorry you feel that way. All customers are advised at the point of ordering that on the 31st of March each year we adjust the prices of some of our products and services in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of inflation, plus 3.9%.
We also sent personalised notifications with an explanation as to how this would affect your plan before the changes take place.

Customer Service is very poor ,we got…

Customer Service is very poor ,we got told when a parcel came with 1 item in instead of 3 they basically stated I would be questioned by police.i ordered 3 chairs ended up with 7 then was told I would to tke them to collection point 13 miles from my home.
Don't recommend and will never use again
