I had an engineer come out as I changed over company’s. The engineer Jerome was amazing, patient with our concierge who didn’t know what key he needed to get into our cupboard ( new build). Very friendly, professional and tidy and didn’t leave until I was up and running. Hard to find nowadays.

My whole experience with EE has been amazing. The deal I received for my broadband/tv/ mobile has really helped my finances cutting my bills by at least half. I’ve now added my partner to my same mbl contract and got my mums bill down to nearly half of what she was paying. The staff were lovely to speak to and Nathan even phoned me today to check if everything is ok.

The man on the way to the hotel was very rude being 3 people with mobility he didn’t offer to help at all. On arriving at hotel just left them to get their cases out
On way back however the driver was very helpful and very friendly
