Worst company I have ever dealt with!!! AVOID!!!

Spent over 1 hour on live chat!
It took 20 mins just to speak to a human!
Took the agent 5 minutes in between every reply!
They don’t have a phone line unless you want to pay for international calls!!!
Absolutel nightmare if you need to return an item?
They can’t send simple QR CODES - it’s 2026! - C,MON!
So need a printer - who has a printer unless you work in an office!!!
I haven’t even sent return back yet as I know that is going to be a further HEADACHE TRYING TO GET A REFUND FROM THEM!!!
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN - AND WILL ONLY ORDER MY CROCS FROM “NEXT” - WHO ACTUALLY OFFER REAL AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
£60 down the drain as the hassle of returning and fighting to get a refund just won’t be worth the stress and time! They know this and that’s why they make it so difficult to return and get a refund!
AVOID at ALL COSTS!!!

BEWARE LOAF IS CLOSING DOWN!!!!
THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!
I PAID £200 FOR A SLEEPOVER CUSHION - IT HAD BEEN USED-3 DIFFERENT HAIRS ON IT-DIGUSTING! AND SEVERAL CATCHES ON IT-THE MATERIAL WAS ALL BAGGY AND SHABBY!!!!
I HAVE CALLED THEIR FAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE 10 TIMES NOW & THEY KEEP LYING TO ME SAYING THEY WILL GET IT PICKED UP FOR RETURN BUT NO ONE EVER TURNS UP. THEY WILL SEND EMAIL SAYING CONTACT WINCANTON FOR PICK UP BUT WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY SAY LOAF HAS CANCELLED THE PICK UP!!!!
THEY HAVE SCAMMED ME BECAUSE THEY ARE CLOSING DOWN. I’ll NEED TO GO TO TRADING STANDARDS.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IT WILL BE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE!!!!!

I'm sorry to hear that the The Sleepover Floor cushion arrived in this condition, this is highly unusual and of course we will exchange or refund this.
It won't take me long to arrange collection and a refund, this service is provided by Parcel Force not Wincanton as you may have believed which may explain how this issue has occurred.

Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare! Time consuming- took 30 mins to register! Company requested all my personal details, including my phone number! They do not need any of this except to sell your details!!!!!
Do not buy!!!!!
Exceptionally long awkward codes to type in then back and forth with to verify code in emails and on top of every step you have to verify you are not a robot picture nonsense- I had to do this 4 times!!!!
Just buy someone a straight forward gift card they can use instantly! They will hate you for buying them this hassle gift card!!!!
