Ordered because I thought they were UK based , but item actually comes from china and over 7 weeks and still in transit , or so it says

Absolutely rubbish , orders a 6.5 more like a 4 And only take returns within 30 days . Bought as a Christmas present so bought early ,then there's charge for returns . Not with the hassle will give them away to someone with very small feet , maybe the Christmas elf .

Due to my wife's illness we were told we would get outside wall insulation, solar panels and a heat pump.
After numerous surveys ( some didn't even know how to measure and messed up
I had to do it again and give them measurements over the phone 🤡)
Months later was told we couldn't have the outside insulation as there wasn't enough money ,yet willing to rip out my new kitchen and bathroom to do internal insulation. Surely cost more !
Oh and on numerous occasions said we had the funding !

From placing my order, to delivery, everything was excellent. The products were as advertised and arrived on time

Would have been 5* But my last order had a damaged item. E mailed but no reply.
Saying that , usually quality items at a low price and delivered on time
