Ollie 8572

Sublime service from Ollie. Super clear communication, the day before, the morning off, and when arrived to fix my car. Efficient and professional. I asked if I could also have my car battery replaced. Ollie went out of his way to go and grab a spare, and fit it all within a short space of time, for less cost that Halfords or QuikFit which I would have had to travel too. Highly recommend OIlie as a mobile mechanic.

Too much single use plastic.

The entire customer experience is incredible. However, too much use of single use plastic, especially in choosing 4 person options, plastic doubles, which is dissapointing and not circular enough, and honeslty puts off a lot of friends from joining up.

Incorrect Billing

There was a dispute on my account and following unsuccessful phone calls to try and resolve it with long queues with eventual automated offer to be put on the list to be called back by Shell Energy which never happened. I get letters from 2 different debt collection agencies - very threatening!
What is one to do? Be willing to keep ringing and join the queue<<< as in being the only option. Finally I get through and with some persuasion asked the assistant to dig deeper to check their records which Edyta thankfully, and yes it has been resolved and my account has been cleared. So THANK YOU Edyta you saved the day and very apologetic which I appreciated.
