I applied for a cash isa 3 days ago and all went through ok until they said a User ID would be emailed to me within 1 hour. 3 days later and several emails still have not been sent the ID. Good job I thought better of sending my 20k to the sort code and account they gave me.
Their email responses are AI generated saying my query has been sent to colleagues or that I can log in to generate a secure message......can't log in without a User ID dumbos! Now getting happy spam emails advising me the end of the tax year is coming soon. I know, that's why I'm trying to give you my money now!!

I honestly cannot believe the gullibility of people going for this con trick. There was no mention of the subscription before ordering the"free tag" or then completing the pet details input.
I presumed the expensive postal charge was covering the cost of the tag as well. Upon completion of my dogs details Crumb took £4.95 from my account that I had used for the postage for the first monthly payment without consent from me to keep my card details and to use that account. There was no direct debit mandate offered.
This cannot be following any rules that companies are required to do so. I have cancelled the subscription but I am still getting personalised emails asking me to pay more for the vet consultant extra! These guys must be laughing all the way to the bank. Please send my £4.95 back! As for allowing a stranger to know your lost dog's name is the cream on the cake of stupidity. I'm sticking to his nice shiny tag with my phone number on it.

After spending sometime next door at a well known sofa shop and not finding the One, we went into Sofology Reading for a quick look as we had our dog in the car waiting for us. The first sofa we sat on, the Lawrence, was I knew the One to buy. I explained to the very helpful salesman Kevin that we had the dog waiting. Without hesitation he said to bring the dog in to the store so we could have more time and a look around. They were so pleasent to deal with and we spent Nearly £3500 with them. Can't wait for the sofa to arrive!

The return system works well and my week old pillow was duly returned and refund was made to my credit card. I would have swopped the pillow for a different type but this service didn't appear to be available so I purchased the softer version from John Lewis who had stock and recieved it the next day at my local Waitrose.

After 2 emails requesting a returns label to get the next size up there has still been no reply. Checked Spam folder etc but nothing....NOW resolved and returns label found in spam trap from reply to my second email. Guess my first email last week is in Aussie Soles spam trap? Call from Irina this morning shows they care!
