Poor

Poor, poor, poor! I ordered samples which never arrived. I ordered a roman blind and the chain was too short. I alerted the shop to the issue straight away and 6 weeks later am still waiting for a replacement

Twin v double room

Twin v double room. The booking site was easy to negotiate however… it is impossible to request twin beds when booking. You have to contact the hotel separately. Thats not overly helpful

Refusal to refund faulty jacket worth €112

I bought a jacket for €112. It developed a fault with the zipper and the pocket linings. The shop refused to return it as the purchase was just outside the 30 days gave me a number to call (automated message) and having waited for over 20 minutes for an agent on the online chat, now I have to wait for an email asking for more details before they will process the request. Meanwhile, we have to do without a warm winter jacket

It took over 2 months to receive the…

It took over 2 months to receive the item. There was no way of tracking the item for most of that time. When the item arrived it was not true to size and of poor quality. 4 emails later, they are still offering me freebies not to return it but there is no offer of a full refund. Steer clear I"d say. I wont be shopping with them again

We are truly sorry for all inconveniences caused.

We will take full responsibility for this case. I saw that my colleague could not be see the problem on your photos and made a suggestion to keep the product with a partial refund. However as you are really unsatisfied we've begun to process the full refund (EUR 32.87), you don't need to return the product back.

The refund will be sent to your paypal account which you used to pay for this order. It could take approx 2-3 days before you receive it.
