Not able to speak to a human when a…

Not able to speak to a human when a problem arose. Very frustrating and time wasting. Losing medication from the list.

We are sorry to hear you have been unable to get through to Pharmacy2U when needed. We are aware of the wait times and issues in getting through to us, we are working hard to reduce this. We are currently in the process of recruiting extra Customer care advisers.

We have already recruited and trained more staff members who are now on the phones as they continue with their training. This has already made an impact on our telephone availability. The availability will continue to improve over the coming weeks as the new staff members become more efficient and will continue to onboard more members of staff until we have enough staff to open the phone lines and our online chat during our opening hours.

We do have other platforms that you can use to make contact via Social Media (Facebook, Instagram & X) these are worked daily and you may get a response quicker, we are also looking into WhatsApp, currently there is no ETA of when this will be rolled out to patients to use but it is in the pipeline.

The list you see on your Pharmacy2U account is a mirror image of the repeat list your surgery have on their system. Due to this, we are unable to permanently add or amend the repeat list. If your GP is prescribing medications as acute prescriptions rather than repeat prescriptions, this will be why they do not appear on your list to order from.

Although you are able to temporarily add items to your online account in order to request them, we would recommend contacting the surgery directly to ask them to update your repeats list. Once these items have been added by your GP, they will automatically update on your Pharmacy2U account when we receive your next prescription. You will then be able to order these online as you do the rest of your medication.

Beautiful showhouse, limited spec options.

Beautiful showhouse but not able to specify an oven that wasn't on the floor. Unable to view a basic kitchen.
Did return reservation fee promptly in full.
