Customer service is non existence. I sent an email with an enquiry and each time what seems like an auto response. Which doesn't answer anything I asked. If its like that for an enquiry I definitely won't be ordering, I can only imagine what it looks like if an issue arises.
I will update once i receive my order may beable to add on stars for that part. first impression having to email their customer service is and their response: they had a deal on which was disappearing so when I clicked on basket it kept coming has full price. Sent them screenshots so it can be rectified so I can receive the deal. Few days later they respond with the obvious things to do reload page etc which im sure anyone with a little sense would do all that anyway before messaging them, it irritated me that they closed the ticket 1st without responding to the second part of my enquiry or checking it what they said even worked. Which I then had to create a new ticket only God knows when theyd respond to that one. Im actually worried bout the order I placed with them now. I dont like that they ask for tips before product is even received tips are for great service I never tip because I haven't received any service yet. That should be something you can do after you receive your item if your happy with the service provided. A box should be added that could be clicked to state your happy to leave a tip once product is received and checked so a separate link can be sent to do if you wish. Who tips without receiving a service.

I dont know who's worse evri or yodel. My store order was delivered by yodel timeslot passed with no communication customer service is pre scripted so useless. When they did deliver they never have the common sense to knock they left outside my door. The only way I knew it was there because I heard rustling at my door and opened it thinking it was the delivery person, but nope it was some random person tearing my parcel open to see what was inside. They dropped the parcel and ran off down the stairwell (live in flats). Then they had a cheek to state they left in my safe place porch. If that had been taking there would be no responsibility taken can already tell by the lack of accountability their customer service has. Just like evri i can now only shop with stores that dont use them to deliver the goods. Prevention is better than cure.
I was away and came back early hours this morning. I received a message to state my collection has expired and will be sent back. I read the message wrong yesterday so thought I had until end of day to collect today. Customer service was amazing and made me aware if I can get there before the courier then they'd be able to open the locker. Called back and few security questions and they was able to open the locker.

I placed the order thinking it was from the UK until I got the tracking and I begun to get worried. Then I seen the reviews and had me worrying even more.
However they have been amazing I needed something changed which was my mistake and they corrected it. Took awhile to receive buy its absolutely perfect and they corrected my mistake with no issues.
Kept me updated via email without me asking. If your not in a rush for the item definitely a good company to order from. If need something more on a urgency side then maybe look for a UK company.
Absolutely feel scammed got stopped in asda what I thought was a quich check to see what prices are saying to find out that I've been switched over. The hassle to get all this sorted before the cooling off period is over. At this point they could be cheaper by a mile I don't even want to be with them Absolutely fuming.

Easy to set up cheapest I found while looking. I brought a new car I just needed something to cover me for few hours. Would definitely use again if I needed to. I've already recommended to friends a d family. Everything is clear and easy to understand.
I left a earlier review with 1 star however I was persuaded by a friend to give this company one last try because its a company that she's uses and does have the odd problems but not often, so thought its only fair to balance it out no point only pointing out the bad and not mentioninh the good. This time order was dispatched very quick which is amazing tracking number from avery and update on delivery date from ups was sent within great time. Only thing that was a little irritating is ups stated a date that it would be delivered but came a day earlier so then had to travel to collect it from one of their pick up points (but thats nothing to do with avery) items wasn't what I wanted but great alternatives (I did order what I received just had to order an alternative). Took of 2 stars because I still feel some form of customer service training should be mandatory with refresher training because they're definitely lacking in this area.
Waste of time ordered blank labels last week sent a email over the weekend and phoned yesterday. When I phoned was told it was being processed so when I mentioned its been over a week she told me that she would pass it over to processing team when asked when they will let me know after a brief silence and few stutters she said 24hrs. Today received a response to my email saying there having problems with getting the materials and not sure when it will be back instock 🤔 no apology or offer of a refund. Then I called again to be told to reply to the email if I want a refund absolutely P take I had to make her know that I'm not waiting any longer for a refund. No accountability they don't even care. Was relying on these labels now I have to try find a company thats reliable first and last time using this company. No customer service no accountability.

Date of experience is estimated. Customer service is amazing I had a issue with my order resolved straight away. Had a problem ended up receiving two orders had issue with sending one back. Contacted customer service again and again they was very helpful and had everything resolved. Items came well packaged. Took longer due to strikes so nothing to do with the company. I would definitely order again. Only reason I gave 1 star less is because i emailed had response from Emily who provided incorrect information which then had me wasting my time but bar that customer service (over the phone) and products are very good.

First time ordering started with something small to if there would be any issues and thankfully everything was fine would have loved the oil to come in a little box of some sort but that is just a personal choice, also should right fragile on packaging it was posted through my door and I have had wooden floors luckily it wasn't broken but what if it did at some point during transaction would it be a hassle to replace not sure but I am pleased with my order and would order again
I was hesitant ordering a first due to never ordering before but so glad I did had to wait for awhile due to royal mail strikes but received my order and everything was packaged lovely. The mosituring mist leaked a little bit in the box nothing major but think would help putting some tape around liquid bottles as was done with the coco water which arrived with no leakages. Never use the 10% discount didn't come through to my inbox only after I placed the order I realised it went into my spam folder that was my fault not checking properly. Love the reward scheme they have. I have alresdy recommended to friends and family. I will definitely be purchasing more products.
I was a little bit worried looking at some of the reviews. Luckily my item came on the date stated no hassle brought to my door, however the tracking system is rubbish it never update from when I received the email stating the delivery date it stayed on 'out for delivery', so couldn't be sure if it was even going to.come. The tracking system definitely needs to be looked at properly, especially for those that work or hard other commitments would be nice to receive a time slot or at least beable to track how far the driver is away.

Thank you for the feedback, i am glad it arrived on time.
I was introduced to Loqbox by a friend my credit score was so bad it was embarrassing and within just a few months my credit has got to a place were I have been able to actually get things on credit (using responsibly). I definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to build there credit I only pay in a small amount every month and it's done wonders. Grateful theres something like this out there. Now I have other cards etc that I can also use to build my credit further.
I have made numerous complaints to hermes but it goes no further than their customer so called service they do not have no procedure in place they lie so much I work from home between 8am and 5pm monday to friday but apparently they delivered to my address 3 times and now sending back that's just this order but i know it's because i have put a number of complaints through. They've left parcels on at my front door but logged that they gave me directly. They havent showed up when there supposed to but stated they tried to deliver or updates that parcels delivered but no parcel arrives I stay away from companies that use this good for nothing company however was unaware that yodel is also hermes. They are full of it
I have been using freeprints for over a year now and I have never had a problem pictures are always quality and arrive so fast. The price is amazing and will definitely be using them for many more years to come
