I concur 100% with the poor reviews. No product received or response to my email or phone call.

ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM THAT BUSINESS
THEY DO NOT RESPONDING TO EMAIL ,THEY HAVE AN INVALID TELEPHONE NUMBER LISTED ON THEY WEBSITE , EMAIL THAT BOUNCE BACK . I RECEIVED THE ESSENTIAL OIL , THAT WAS NOT SEALED IN A BOX , WITOUT EXPIRING DATE , AND UNSEALED , OMG ,IN AN APPALLING WRAPPING . I CERTAINLY DON'T TRUST THAT BUSINESS .THEY LOOK LIKE SCAMMERS TO ME .

I placed an order on the 4th of October, and despite their claim of 24-hour dispatch, I hadn’t received anything after a week. I was shocked, so I tried calling them multiple times, but the line often went straight to voicemail. When I finally got through, the representative was dismissive and informed me that despite advertising plenty of stock, my size was out of stock.

The men I spoke to on the phone were consistently rude, repeatedly telling me to call back in an hour, only for them to ignore me or say they didn’t have time to deal with my issue. This went on for two weeks before I could even get a refund, during which I was frequently brushed off with the same “we don’t have time for this” excuse.

At one point, they told me to place another order due to a payment issue with my first one, promising same-day dispatch. I called back the following Monday for a tracking number, only to be told again they were too busy to help and that I should call back when it suited them.

They did offer to send out a free bottle as compensation, but when it arrived, the scent was entirely different from the sample I had previously ordered from Amazon. It’s clear they lack consistency in both their products and packaging.

Overall, I would strongly advise avoiding this brand. Even if they respond, it’s likely just damage control. I have voice recordings of one of their representatives yelling at me, even though I was calm and simply asking for an update.

Do not buy from this company, they lie. I bought old, which leaked and lost half of the product. They told me to send it back and would refund postage. All done my end, nothing from them, No Refund, No replying to my emails, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered an oil from their website and there's no order number nothing. charged me for the product, haven't delivered it, not picking up calls, responding to emails. Such fraud!

Placed an order on 24.06.24, money taken from my account on 27.06.24 and I never received my order. I have emailed the company twice and not had any reply. They just don't care. Avoid!

Got some black pepper oil at a very good price, with fast delivery. Would use again. Only downside is that you get inundated with emails trying to sell you more!

ordered a bottle of ginger room spray and it arrived and smelled NOTHING like ginger and had an awful smell to it. i contacted company about it and got no response at all after repeated attempts to contact them. worse, just last night, i had two fraudulent transactions on my debit card, same one i paid this company with, and i am down £100 now in my bank account until it gets sorted out. i were you, i would avoid this seller like the plague. scents are TERRIBLE and they dont seem honest at all.

First time ordering started with something small to if there would be any issues and thankfully everything was fine would have loved the oil to come in a little box of some sort but that is just a personal choice, also should right fragile on packaging it was posted through my door and I have had wooden floors luckily it wasn't broken but what if it did at some point during transaction would it be a hassle to replace not sure but I am pleased with my order and would order again

Love the scent of these oils so strong, cant stop buying more very pleased.

Ordered "pure natural" beeswax pellets for my facial products. They arrived in a small black bin bag and smelt of smoke/ chemicals. Not fit for boot polish let alone facial products!

If you're looking to receive your order within the month in US...FORGET ABOUT IT. Still waiting ✋ to no avail. Don't order unless you live in UK.

It's a bit they decide to misuse personal info by sending marketing emails when no permission was ever given, The products were OK but that means I'll never use them again.
