I've been battling for 4 days now over…
I've been battling for 4 days now over a order £250+ order thats been delivered smashed on arrival.
Only way to contact them is via email which on day 3 I got ignored the whole day 😡
The order is sat in my hallway waiting for some sort of response on what to do !!!!
I have sent multiple emails with photos and batch codes and original packing.....again someone else answers it asking the same thing " can you send batch codes and photos of the damage" to the point it seems automated.
If this carries on I will have to go through my credit card company under section 75 to claim the money back.
Will not be ordering again from these very disappointing and stressful!
Please note I did order in the past which had better results......Returning customer has been lost.
30th sept ----wanted batch codes photos were sent the same day no reply.
2nd Oct ---- 4th day email sent in the morning requesting an outcome no reply.
5th day email sent got a reply they will refund my money.
