Excellent customer service all round, Sophie, Nathan and Jack. Kept to the timescales which we were originally informed, knowledgeable about the products they were replacing and installing. Very happy and satisfied with our new Velux window and the quality of the work carried out. Everything explained fully beforehand and again afterwards. Would highly recommend and use again.

Like many others I was somewhat sceptical about the mould remover gel. Like many others I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. This has worked when everything else has failed.

Happy with products ordered which arrived in the timescale specified and the ordering experience itself. Customer service was let down by a lack of communication about delivery time and day. First I knew about delivery was when the driver rang saying he was 10mins away. Fortunately I was in. Checked email and spam folders but nothing. Then had an email after delivery. Rang up and staff apologised as recently started using new software and are trying to iron out glitches.

Recently purchased the kuddly cooling blanket. It's one complete piece and not a weighted blanket inside a cover which is brilliant. Did help me sleep in latter summer days as I need weight on top of me without getting hot and has also helped with hot flushes. Would have liked to have had a choice of different weighted cooling blankets otherwise quite happy with my purchase.

My husband first received a free Chilly’s bottle as a donation to NHS workers. As soon as he bought it home I filled it with very hot water to test if it actually kept it hot for the claimed 12 hours. I am so pleased to say it did. I have tried many other well known brands which claim to keep drinks hot for 6 hrs or 8 hrs and don’t. So I was reluctant to spend even more money and risk being disappointed again. Chilly’s bottles do exactly what they say. So my husband may have had a lovely free gift of a Chilly’s bottle but I have purchased 2 bottles and other family members have also bought them too.
