Great Customer Service

I was very happy with the customer service I received from Ada. I purchased a Bluetooth speaker and when it arrived one of the pads were missing on the bottom of it. As this was a minor detail I just replied to my order confirmation e-mail to see if they could just provide the missing part. Ada replied to my request in a very timely manner. Although they were unable to replace the part, we came to a very satisfactory conclusion. Thank you Ada

Issues resolved to satisfaction

After my previous review (below) YouFibre reached out to us. David was very friendly and accommodating. We are very happy with the outcome and are more than happy to stay with them.

We have been with YouFibre for a couple of years and overall were happy with them. We received an e-mail on the 12th Oct 25 stating that our contract was coming to an end on the 21st Nov and that if we wanted to stay in contract we would have to renew. We looked at our options and chose one which was £5 per month more than our previous one. We then received an e-mail on the 14th Oct with our invoice for Oct bill. They were charging us the new rate and not the old contract price. You would assume that as with other services you renew, that the new contract would kick in when the previous one ended. But not in this case. We have sent numerous emails over the last week, but no reply. I phoned yesterday, waited 50 minutes to get through then during our conversation the Customer service person hung up. Not happy, and we will certainly be looking at other options when it is time to renew again.

Helpful Customer Service

Our 1 year fixed term saver has just matured. When we opened it a year ago, we needed to phone customer services a few times for help. Always spoke to Rhys who was really helpful, and talked us through the process. When our term was due to mature the process was really easy and we was notified in plenty of time to choose which option we wanted. We will be checking their rates and services in the future.

Friendly and patient

Initially I was not impressed as I was waiting on the phone for 20 mins. I used the online chat via my phone and was corresponding with Ruben. I asked him to get someone to phone me. He phoned me straight away. The issue was, I couldn't get the internet on my laptop. Reuben was very patient with me, and was helping me for around 40 minutes. The issue turned out to be my end.

Really Impressed

Helpful when we arrived. Straight forward instructions. Waited only about 5 mins for transfer from the Airport back to the car park. When we returned, our back passenger window was covered in plastic. Our first thought was that our window had been broken. When we removed the plastic, we hadn't closed the window properly. Really impressed they cared enough to do something to protect our car.

I have been taking my car to the Spalding garage for 6 years for the MOT. I have always felt they are trustworthy and reliable.

A nice experience and would recommend.


I read the reviews after booking our trip so I was very sceptical. However, we really enjoyed it. The welcome drink wasn't nice but the food was, and the staff available when requiring drinks or clearing the plates away. I'm now pleased I didn't read the reviews first as I wouldn't have booked it.

Ongoing claim for stained cream sofas

We initially raised the claim on 30/01/23 as dye from clothing stained our leather sofas. On 3rd Feb we were advised that the technician would be in touch. The technician came on 24th Feb and said he was unable to remove the stains and that he would report that we needed the leather to be replaced on the seating only of our 2 and 3 seater cream sofas. On 6th March we were offered a cash payment of £209.80 which would not have covered the cost or they would order parts from the manufacture. We chose the latter. To cut a long story short we received an e-mail 31st May stating they are reviewing our claim. My husband phoned and they said the parts have been ordered and should take 6-8 weeks to arrive. We are hoping that including fitting it will all be resolved sometime in August. 7 months since the start of our claim. After reading other reviews it seems the technicians are receiving 5 stars who I believe are independent and the customer service are receiving the 1 star. We do not find this acceptable.

When it comes to ordering parts, we do so directly from the original manufacturer of your furniture. Replacement covers are “made to order”, in the same way your furniture was when you originally purchased it, and there can be delays between us ordering and you receiving parts, particularly if they are coming from overseas.

We do endeavour to settle any claim that requires parts as quickly as possible, but as we are sure we will appreciate, we have no control over 3rd party timescales.

However, as you have already logged a formal complaint with us, the details of your review have been forwarded to our Complaints Team accordingly.

I haven't even flown yet

I haven't even flown yet. I am trying to find out how much it costs to take a suitcase. Apparently you have to pay between £6 - £35.99 to use the Priority & 2 cabin bags. My issue is I want to know exactly how much it is. Trying to click on travel essentials then 10kg check in bag its stating I don't have access. I think it goes by where you fly from and where you are going. But can't find any information on it. Really poor and as usual no contact. I didn't book via Ryanair, and next time I go anywhere I will make sure the company I book with is not using them.

Very happy customers

The salesperson Vern who originally knocked at our door was friendly and knowledgeable. The engineers Chris and James, also very friendly, went above and beyond by setting everything up for us, so everything was in place ready to go live. There was however a slight lack in communication which lead to us not being able to keep our original phone number. This is the reason we have rated a 4 and not 5. However Nathan on customer services, talked us through our options and it was resolved the same day. Very nice actually speaking to someone. Overall a good experience.

Will order again

This is the second item I have got from Gettingpersonal. The only reason I didn't score it 5 stars is because the writing on the mug wasn't as dark as I would have liked it. But overall, very happy with it and really recommend it.

Very happy with the service and product

This is about the third time I have used this company. The delivery time is very good. Cartridges contain more ink and are less than half of the price than the ones recommended by the printer manufacturer. Will keep on using

Update: Broken product with Unacceptable customer service

Our experience is the same as Kimi Roberts who left a review, we also have the extended warranty. Our temperature display is erratic and displays up to 48 when the actual temperature is only 31 (manual thermometer). As Kimi said no answer to e-mails and when phoned they said it would be a 15 min wait. After 30 mins of waiting we hung up. Thought we would e-mail CEO Peter McGuigan but that e-mail was unmanned. So is this company legit? In limbo and we don't know where to go from here. Will never purchase from them again and would advise anyone thinking about buying something to reconsider.
Update: After posting my review on trustpilot on 16/07/2021 I received an e-mail from Clever Spa about 15 mins later, apologising for the late reply. After corresponding they advised they could arrange for the hot tub to be collected and fixed. On Monday 19th July 2021 I asked them to collect it to be fixed. A week later (today) I have not had anyone contact me about collecting it. I assume what may happen is they will take their time collecting it. By the time I get it back it will be winter so won't use it, then when I get it out next year it still won't work but be out of warranty. Will have to wait and see, expectations are very low.

Cats overgrooming

My cat has been overgrooming. I didn't want to take her to the vet as putting her in her carry bag stresses her even more. Joii is so easy and convenient. Being able to speak with extremely friendly nurses and vets. I would totally recommend it although the treatments are a bit pricey, but you don't have to get them from their site. They arrange follow up consultations when you can contact them any time that day. Would totally recommend them. At the moment my cats consultations are ongoing. I'm hoping she will be better soon.
