Somic Commando headphones

I have read the reviews and was a little worried about some of them, however after ordering a pair of somic commando headphones they arrived but had been shipped from china and everything was in Chinese which made it impossible to use. Contacted the Shopsta website over the weekend and had a reply straight away, I followed what I was asked to do and sent it back and within the 5 days the refund has been credited back to account, whilst the product was great and what I ordered I couldn’t use it due to being in a language I couldn’t use. Great service and will be using the site again

Not as smooth as you would expect

The location we wanted the router was to difficult, the engineer then left dirty marks on a brand new cream carpet which was thankfully I managed to clean off, then to top it all he broke a glass lamp that will now have to be thrown away, the weather was against him and I know he tried to accommodate us as I had just come out of hospital but the headache and faff along with the damage was not worth it, we had copper and it was exactly where we wanted it, the fibre was free to fit but when arranged they didn’t bother to turn up and also didn’t let me know they were not turning up so I took a day off for nothing which has cost me so not happy. When I got through to sky they offered me £9:20 as compensation to which I laughed as it doesn’t cover minimum wage for an hour. Overall a poor installation and poor service and wish I never said yes to it and stayed with the copper which was fine

In regards to the lamp, You can contact our Public Liability team. You can send them some photos and any information you have and they will send out some claims forms to fill in. Aspire conservatory …

From initial contact to having Ben come over to complete the survey the service is smooth and all are responsive, Ben took onboard our concerns and wishes and we received what we asked for. A few calls back and forth and we received our pro forma ( read the information carefully as locks and lead flashing are not part of the price and need to be asked for at cost) this was resolved easily and we tried to pay using their recomended SAGEPAY ( not the best and needs work)
A few delays with installation dates but this was not unexpected due to reading the reviews but in fairness the delay wasn’t that bad and once Craig and his Son Noah arrived they were curtious and professional and carried out the installation with care ( note to company - get the instructions issued in English). Works took a little longer than expected but it was not rushed so quality was high throughout. Delivery of the product was on 6 very large pallets and space storage could be a major issue for some but we did have a drive so was managed, rubbish and pallets would normally be left which could cause issues as no skip was offered but we were told that they would phone on completion and a lorry would turn up… as it worked for me I broke the pallets up as have plans for the wood (also good for wood burners as not treated).
Overall impressed with the product, workmanship and service, so would highly recommend on what we have seen and the level of service we have had

What a pleasure with this mornings…

What a pleasure with this mornings delivery, Hooper & Red arrived as stated, polite and friendly. This house is awkward for large deliveries but they took everything in their stride and before we could blink the sofas and chair were unpacked and installed exactly where we wanted them, best service I have seen for many years and would recommend them anytime 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Quality of products are very good

Quality of products are very good, love the new flooring, return policy a little cumbersome but fair this really needs to be done in house to make it easier for the customers, finish to the flooring great but do watch out for the splinters as these are painful so wear gloves when handling.
