Also, replying promptly with any queries I had.

Left out in the rain, no Knock on the door or ring on the bell. How do we then know it’s been delivered? 🤷‍♀️

So far the customer care side has been effective and efficient.

This was my first experience of Leger travel. The organisation of the travel and excursions were great. It would’ve proved useful to know that I wouldn’t be given any actual tickets.
I would also like to say that the excursions would’ve been better if they were set out as follows.
Tuesday, as stands Versailles
Wednesday the Calvados and Cheese Tour, also letting passengers know the added trip to a town to see a Cathedral.
(Sorry I don’t know the details as I stayed in Rouen on that day)
Thursday, Monet’s Garden as it is a shorter visit, would prove useful as it gives passengers a rest time and repack ready for the long trip home on Friday.
I also observed, that all passengers were of retirement age and that most were finding the early morning starts difficult to cope with.
Overall it was a very enjoyable experience aided by the driver and couriers care and attention.

The young lady (Laura) at the Stevenage Branch,who helped us choose the right funeral plan for us.

Somehow Snapfish managed to send a reasonable book, considering my IT skills are limited. That’s why I’m giving them full marks, as what I sent, they produced a book that my friend is delighted with.

My experience was good, as I needed support from the Customer Services team to log on, it wasn't as straight forward as it appeared. But with their help I got there.

Ordering was easy online, paying was easy online. Delivery on date asked for.

Once again the parcel did not arrive when expected. Then it was delivered late evening, without a knock on the door to let us know it was there (fortunately it was still there this morning). This delivery firm may have changed its name, but not its poor delivery/customer service.

Delivered two parcels from two different firms, however, showed same photo as evidence of delivery, twice.

Website gives a variety of choice. Size fits and feels comfortable. I have bought Fitflops, since I discovered them about 15 years ago. I wouldn’t be without them.

I went to Pandora shop at Stevenage. The Customer Service Consultant was very helpful and very patient with me. (A 70 year old woman who changed my mind (so much to choose from)). They also ordered a charm on-line as it wasn’t available in store.
Made spending my Birthday monies a delightful experience.
