You sign up, realise it’s complete rubbish then you get charged even after cancelling the free trial. Someone called Mila responds using Ai obviously and says you’ll get your refund for the subscription and it has been cancelled and then you get charged. Then you get told you’ll get your refund between 5-10 business days. I’m assuming that’s a delay tactic so they can charge you again. Contacted bank and reported as fraud and have blocked my card

We used this company for the first time and cannot recommend them highly enough. We initially planned to change the carpets and they suggested a deep clean and it was a great idea. Super professional and very efficient. Highly recommended company and service

I have been using this company for over 3 years and they are fantastic. Very well priced, super service and very patient. My accountant Joseph Dawe is absolutely fantasic and very knowledgable about all issues relating to tax & accounting and i couldn't run my business without him! I made the fatal mistake of thinking these clowns were worth using and have regretted it since I signed the contract. I waited nearly a month to have anything delivered, there is a minimum 30 minute wait for phone calls to customer service and when I decided to cancel the whole thing it became an even worse nightmare. They do not listen, still send invoices and even bins. Absolutely useless and a waste of my time. I actually got told by one of their reps on the phone called ‘Clare’ that she would not speak to me while I was driving despite using hands free and would have to call back when I wasnt driving. I did not realise there were conditions to calling these people. This disgusting patronising behaviour to a business owner and grown adult was just the final nail in the coffin for me. I would urge anyone thinking of using them to think again and use a different company!

I recently purchased a fire alarm system from this company and honestly if I could give 10 stars I would! The customer service is probably some of the best I’ve ever had in the UK and from the moment I called to ask for advice on what I needed to the actual installation, these guys were unrivalled - particularly Paul Marper who not only walked me through the installation with incredible patience and skill but also went out of his way to help make sure everything worked - and this was all by telephone!!! This company actually is the only company I would ever use from now on when it comes to fire alarms or equipment. Please give Paul a raise!!! Thanks

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Scam artists. Charged me £119 out of the blue into a subscription and refused to refund when I said it was accidental. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I normally do everything myself but on this occassion I did not want to go through the risk or minefield of trying to apply for something i have no experience in and risk a rejection. In the end, the service Stuart providd was extremely efficient, quick and no hassle which finally resulted in my license being approved. Highly recommended service and company! Thank you Stuart!

Wish I had read the review before booking these cowboy con artists. Guy didn’t even try to open the lock. Made a small effort to bypass the lock and then drilled. Cost me a nice 200£. Avoid like the plague. Hope they go bankrupt for being the criminals they are. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Absolutely terrible service! They have a chat option on their website which does not work. You can't actually chat on it. Have tried to call but they have no number. Have sent emails but no reply. Tracking information makes no sense. Probably the worst delivery company I have ever heard of! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I was excited about my workout shorts and after using them twice they left me injured. The inner lining of the shorts has the stitching facing on the inside which rubbed on my leg (with the phone pocket) and crotch so hard during my workout causing an abrasive injury and bleeding. I have used more mainstream branded shorts with similar design where the stitching doesn’t contact the skin and it was fine. Although it looks good aesthetically, This is a flawed product in my opinion and not meant for heavy athletic use and I would not be using it again. I have been offered a ‘voucher’ refund or replacement however I will not be using these shorts again. Possibly try another product
