At probably one of the worst days of your life; having to face funeral arrangements that I hadnt done for 25 years is daunting ,, but the Cramlington office made it so easy , offering guidance and help, great suggestions that you can't think of when your in a grieving shock, and the day itself was so smooth, fabulous caring attendants ; Gary was so kind,very professional but sympathetic, I would definitely recommend you for a funeral service

I was experiencing difficulty with my metres, no displays, because of this i couldn't have a refund of a substantial credit I had acquired, also the account was in my husbands name so i wasn't receiving the e mails,after a telephone conversation a very nice operative has sorted it, booked an engineer, and reduced my payment temporarily, a satisfactory result

always a pleasure to visit Dobbies, great choice of plants, pots; friendly helpful staff, peticullaly at Xmas for Xmas trees excellent knowkedge; love the artisan food stuff; I have had some amazing spring bulbs, and during lock down it has been a life line to sanity gardening well done Dobbies
