Aw what can I say. I have been getting Asda deliveries for quite a few years. Stopped for a couple of years and resumed 6 months ago. This whole thing of "return to the driver and you won't be charged" is total nonsense. I keep handing back and keep having to request a refund as am still charged Then tonight received my order with 30 yogurts advertised as having 10+ days on website but apart from 6 the rest expired within 8 days. Do they chose short dates deliberately???. Declined refund online ...by the sounds of it because I have asked for too many....not my fault ...your drivers fail to process the handbacks!!!! With that said customer services were good and have assured me I will be refunded. Regarding drivers they are generally very pleasant but real consistency in failing to remove returns from the bill. Cancelled my delivery pass ..thankfully was paying monthly so had a get out. So very disappointing...these negative reviews cannot be good for business. Asda sort yourself

Know how warranty on dishwasher
I have been paying for warranty for the past 8 years. In fairness they are swift to come and fix it but the issue arises when I ask for a replacement. Despite having had
it repaired at least 4 times they always only have record of 1!!! I was put through to various depts today to clarify how many mechanical repairs had been done but seemingly no one has access to this information. I have decided that enough is enough and have cancelled this and a policy on my washing machine. Would say NEVER take a policy from currys. All talk but absolutely no substance and denial seems to be their business model . Shame on you Currys for such a large brand

Oh wow!! Amazing response!!! Exactly the same as all the previous responses. Putting a name at the end does NOT make it from a human being! The only decent thing would be for knowhow to review the issue in a conversation and sort the problem ....but oh no is left up to the customer again to contact a faceless email address with a no doubt useless response. (Find emailing a bizarre communication method of choice as when I asked the repairs division to email me how many mechanical faults I had already had,so I would have proof of more than 2,
was told they can't email!! What total nonsense!!!) Knowhow just give the contractual service you promise with customer service staff who can actually service customers rather than just palming them off or passing them to yet another useless colleague

So...have been with MBNA as a credit card for absolutely years and never had a problem. Bought house insurance recently and then read the reviews...panic!!! Needed to make a policy change so thought this would be a good time to put them to the test. Got through within 10 mins (Mon am so no doubt hectic) and was assisted efficiently and politely by someone who appeared to be based in England. Totally no issues. Thought would leave a review as sometimes it is only the negative that gets reviewed.

So..purchased a Garmin surf,arrived within days but unfortunately wouldn't work properly. Sent a message that was replied to swiftly with a paid returns label. Daniel answered many emails and queries and we decided on getting a replacement. This arrived within a day of them receiving the malfunctioning watch back..unbelievably quick service!!! Replacement watch works perfectly and looks amazing. I know there have been some negative reviews about customer service but I have never had such a positive experience. Thanks to Daniel for all his help,efficiency and patience. Would definitely recommend oobuy.

Bought a teeter popper for my grand daughter. 2 weeks of use and 2 poppers sheared off!! Despite 9 emails (live in UK so phoning not viable option) no response from the company despite their website saying warranty for 12 months for defective goods. Still trying to get some satisfaction but definitely not optimistic!!! Would NOT buy from again!! Do appreciate things can go wrong but some customer service to sort the problem would have been sufficient!! Thanks Fat Brain- NOT!!!

Ordered suit 24/4/22 with payment taken on this day . Eventually arrived 12/5/22.Returned 13/5/22 as sizes all over the place . Received confirmation return received 18/5/22 Waited the 14 working days according to their own refund policy (accounting for public holidays) but no refund. Attempted contact but just reiterated their refund policy- which trust me I already knew!! Escalated now to PayPal and 19 working days on and almost 2 months since payment taken still have not received a refund. In light of this would NEVER buy or recommend buying from this company again
Update 21/6//22 Re order number. The only place it was given, as you do not send confirmation emails, was on the front of the delivery bag which was returned. I find it amazing that the ONLY way you seem able to identify an order is from the order number which you do not make readily accessible. Surely any decent software will have the search facility for name,address or date of order ir perhaps this is just a further stalling tactic to not give the refund??? As a company you should be ashamed of the poor service you offer. Holding on to customers money when you acknowledge return of goods seems to be common practice
29/6/22 so 2 months after taking my money I have at last got it back through PayPal - thank goodness for them. Abitto's continued stance was "someone from that team will get back to you" As their last entry in companies House stated they had all of 2 staff(up from a whole 1 the year before!!!) I am not quite sure what "team" they were passing to !!!
Once again I cannot stress strongly enough, despite the listed "positive" reviews, to avoid this company at all costs unless of course you are happy to throw away money. Is so shocking that a company can behave like this !!!!

So back again posting. Also previous PO CC holder switched to jaja. Previous post stated how I failed security (again on the question of when I opened my PO account which is prob greater than 15 years ago) Managed to sort the security issues eventually (after 3-4 months) and decided to leave my card inactive as didn't want to impact my credit score by closing . This morning however received a letter advising my account was now closed. Contacted customer service who said they had a request to close the account and issue a credit refund. Not from me!! Most surprising that closing the account seemed to require no security checks whatsoever yet making a payment needed MI5 clearance!!!!! Eventually came back to say was a computer error and my account would be reinstated Did I ask for that???? No,I simply wanted to know how it had been closed without my consent . Told them that I wanted the account to remain closed as from other reviews as well as my own experience it seemed they were not to be trusted with financial information . The customer service rep I dealt with was lovely and did her best however jaja as a company is a grave cause for concern with regards to how the are dealing with financial information. If you are looking for a credit card please go elsewhere. Jaja are way too much work and stress and you just constantly worry as to what is going to happen with your account. Frustrated at their incompetence however in this instance think probably a blessing in disguise

AVOID this credit card. Was with post office. Changed to jaja and within 4 weeks card was stopped as I "failed" security. Took 4 months to get my card reinstated and all the effort was on my part. Customer services did not want to know- I was basically told "I didnt deal with you so not my problem" Do NOT use them. Cancelling card as soon as I can get through- which might take a while. Again would give them 0 stars if could. Awful company. Should not be in business
