Quoted over £400 to fit 2 spare parts

Quoted over £400 to fit 2 spare parts, when they came to fit the parts,another issue was spotted,that meant the boiler was beyond economic repair,so basically £400 down the pan,had a quote for a new boiler from them, which i did not go ahead with, i chose to buy elsewhere.

Great app, i dont use branches,as i prefer the instant service of online, i never use cash, as i am scared of catching illnesses from it.so all good,happy with Nationwide 5 stars.

As other reviews state AVOID!!!

As other reviews state, joke of a company, complicated forms, long wait times, and could not give a sh-t about there customers, requested lump sum payment in march, now nearly august, told we have a back log, i dont f'kin care,give me my money, which has taken a hammering in the months you did not issue the funds, pathetic company.Mercer have asked for confirmation of this post,i have given my account reference,and email,and phone number, lets see if they really give a damn, will update,as and when.

Buyer be cautious, long read

Had a boiler service, small issue raised, that failed its gas safety check, of course the repair was not covered by my £16.49 a month boiler policy,oh no,hidden in the t&c's issues at service are remedial,and thus not covered,what was i paying nearly £200 a year for???people be warned!!!!!however as the boiler is old 10 years + i thought let's replace it, as it was on my mind anyway,quote all in £2600 for a worcester bosch ,expected a new one to be between 2-3k,so near middle,ordered it with a cheaper cover plan everything included £13 a month, i had him repeat the cover as a i have recorded the details of cover he gave, once bitten and all that, wednesday boiler ordered install saturday, told to expect emails with attachments to sign,thursday arrives no emails,no install confirmation, so i ring several times on the Thursday,asking for install confirmation and emails,several times i rang before it got passed to a manager, fair play she sorted it, saturday was the install and the missing emails arrived, thursday late,i recieved a call,sorry the boiler you wanted is out of stock,we have a upgrade model you can have for the same price, ok i agreed, oh but now we have too send you new emails with attachments because the boiler model has changed, bare in mind these are long pages and have taken up at least 2 and half hours of my time too read,friday morning i get a call, the upgraded boiler is not available for a few weeks, at that moment i cut the call short, did a google search, read reviews,and bought a vaillant boiler for £1900 fitted, and cover plan for £6 a month,so i win in the end, never in my 50+ years on this planet,has a company made me more angry for wasting my time.in fairness they did offer a cheaper boiler £5 a month less, but it was not a make i hold in high regard.and it would have triggered the dreaded revised emails to read and sign.

Ordered a phone case for my galaxy fold…

Ordered a phone case for my galaxy fold 2 on feb 28th,now it is march 11th,still not arrived,case has now arrived on march 15th, if their website made realistic delivery estimates, this may reduce negative comments,as nobody likes to wait,not knowing if or if not the item ordered will ever arrive.
