A number of the plug plants were in a poor state. I transplanted them imediately, put them into a propogater. Six or more died.

Item arrived in good condition. The plastic moulding did not allow me to attach the depth stop. The drilling machine was a clarke drill.

The packaging was in a very poor state. The order details were missing. I'm quite concerned that my details are out there somewhere. I realize that the fault lies with the delivery company. You might take up the issue with them. Luckily the contents of the package were umdamaged. Thanks

Great staff at the tunstall store. The only disappointment is lack of stock in the shop. I'm sure it wasn't like at the start. Years ago you could get anything on the day without ordering for the following day and even then waiting until the afternoon delivery.

I was looking for a specific cottage that I have used for the past three years. I couldn't find the cottage so decided to try and find out why this specific cottage wasn't on the list. I googled the cottage and it was still advertised as a Sykes cottage. I found it very difficult to contact Sykes Cottages. I did send an email but yet to get a reply.

Swift transaction, no problems

went to the wolverhampton branch this morning at 7.10 shop wasn't open. waited for 20 mins. no sign of the shop opening. website states that the shop opens 7am.

Swift delivery, thanks

Cottage was excellent, clean and comfortable. We made good use of the onsite clubhouse. The only criticism and that was a small one was the tv and remote. I couldn't list the upcoming programmes and the remote was a bit temperamental. This could of course be me. On the whole we had a great holiday. Thanks

Searching and booking a holiday with Sykes was very easy and the quality of the properties very good. The problems arose after I had booked the cottage. I have been bombarded with Sykes cottage adverts and have found it impossible to stop them. Having booked my holiday I would just liked to have been left in peace without being interrupted by continuous adverts.

Comfortable cottage, very enjoyable holiday.
