Efficient. Clear helpful. Checked the tracking and asked if I wanted to have it corrected at that time. I have used Protyre Hilsea, Portsmouth over more then20 years and they have always given confidence in their advice and workmanship. Going elswhere has not given such a good experience.

Helpful staff helped find an alternative but I am not happy that there has been a cancellation of my Silver Service New Year holiday so early in the year. I book early to get the seats I want. I also don't like Luxuria coaches as we prefer to sit behind the Courier. I also find the seats uncomfortable. The alternative holidays that I'm interested in are only Luxuria.

They showed me the Front wheel alignment readings. Asked if a I wanted adjustment, and gave me a copy of both sets of readings. I've been using Protyre - 468 London Road, Hilsea, PO2 9RN Portsmouth, for over 30 years and continue to be pleased with the service they give.

Good driving team. Good hotel at Vienna with buffet dinner with a choice of main dishes. Eating together in a formal dining setting which led to socialising with fellow travellers. The canteen style buffet at the Prague hotel meant that few people socialised. The food was the same both days and not great quality, very disappointing, and not the usual Leger standard. The overnight hotel, Park Inn, Liege needs to throw out the duvets as the stuffing has bunched up and there are areas where you are only covered by the cotton cover....not great for a winter trip. And we had the same issue 5 years ago!

I have been using the teams at London road Hilsea for some 30 yrs now. Always pleased with there efficiency, advice, and openness when there are problems by showing you the faulty items and explaining the significance. The merits of price vs intended mileage is always appreciated.
