Visited the Glasgow store today and was so impressed with Natasha’s customer service. We were in the shop for almost an hour and the time flew by. Natasha listened to us and asked what we like and gave us lots of ideas and we left very pleased with our new purchases.

Silverburn Salon- store 1267. My hair has been in bad condition and Heather has looked after me so well- today and on a previous visit. Heather has not made any unrealistic promises and has told me what is achievable, and what we need to do that will not cause any more damage to my hair. I feel confident that my hair will get to its end goal, without compromise.
Emailed to tell me my delivery would come between 8&9pm. I was home- yet received another email to tell me as I wasn’t in when delivery was attempted, and there was no safe place, delivery would be rescheduled. Funnily enough- the next day it was left in a safe place.
Love the idea….but the mince was “chewy” lots of gristle. Has really put me off sadly…..

So disappointed in this gym! Cancelling already! Can barely book any classes in advance! I’ve been ‘given a strike’ for not attending a class that I did attend, and if you get a last minute space at another class you can’t cancel a later one for fear of another strike and being booted out!
