I’ve been chasing Swyft Energy since Wednesday of last week to arrange a new boiler installation, and the experience has been far from smooth. Communication has been slow, and I’ve had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic updates.

When payment finally was requested, the notice given was extremely short — almost abrupt — with very little regard for the customer’s ability to prepare or plan. The whole process felt rushed on their side, despite the delays on mine.

What stood out most was the lack of customer focus. Instead of a supportive, service‑driven approach, there was an underlying sense of mistrust, as though customers are assumed to be unreliable when it comes to payment. It doesn’t create a positive or reassuring experience, especially when dealing with something as essential as heating.

Overall, the service felt disjointed and unnecessarily stressful. A more customer‑centred approach — clearer communication, reasonable notice, and a bit of trust — would go a long way.

I recently placed an online order for four fun items from your shop and was impressed by the consistent email updates regarding dispatch and the swift delivery of my package. However, upon opening the box, I was disappointed to find that one of the items—a mug—was completely shattered. I was so grateful for Katrina’s kind assistance in swiftly replacing the broken item, which I received intact. Her support truly made a difference, and I appreciate the excellent customer service.

The online experience has been excellent with prompt and rapid delivery. In exchange of one of the items upon a phone call to the store have made me so welcome to pick up an alternative Size within its premises - excellent customer and communications.

I've purchase some wonderful and stunning Tipperary Crystal Christmas pieces both online and in its shop on Henry Street. I've also purchased it's 6 birdy mugs and 4 birdy eggs stands and spoons with superb coloured wine Tipperary wine glasses. It's product is crafted to perfection and attention to detail. The style is well designed. I'm already looking forward to next Christmas to add more to my Christmas collection. Thanks so much to all involved in having those product dispatched to me in a swift and courteous manner.
