Just bought a Citroen eC3, big mistake

Just bought a Citroen eC3, have had 1 month and already been back to dealership several times. Alarm goes off weekly for no apparent reason, car cuts out whilst driving and now only starts when it feels like it. Have been told the computer forgets what gear it is in and needs a software update. The MyCitroen app is dreadful and impossible to use and support from Citroen is non existent. Citroen software is awful and does not work properly, there own surveys have glitches so cannot be returned.

Selection of products mostly good and…

Selection of products mostly good and general service and support fine. My problem is that they use Evri for delivery and it then all falls down. As a result will only use Pet Supermarket as an absolute last resort which is a great pity.

Dreadful service

Dreadful service, I do not understand why companies use Evri for deliveries, the service is just appalling. Have never had a good experience with them so if I know that they use Evri try to shop elsewhere. Never know where the parcel is or when it might or might not appear. Impossible to contact and app is worse than awful.

Unhelpful

Good choice of meals and reasonable value and the delivery people are very helpful. However I find the high pressure sales methods really irritating, especially being continually pushed towards setting up repeat orders and having my shopping basket already preloaded with meals which then have to delete before ordering what is actually required. Have tried to talk to the sales team about this but am just ignored. Very poor service.

First order from this company, am enjoying the food and it was delivered promptly by a very pleasant and helpful lady together with some additional joining gifts. Was really most impressed.

My cats really like Thrive cat food but…

My cats really like Thrive cat food but have always found it difficult to get. Pleased that I found the Thrive website and was able to order directly from them. Initially the food I wanted was not in stock but once it was and able to order it came very quickly. Had some initial problems navigating the website but online customer service was very helpful. A phoneumber though would be very useful.

No service British Gas

British Gas, absolutely useless. Booked a service appointment with them, did not turn up. Impossible to contact and find out what is happening. Have had to rebook but nothing available for 2 months. Then find out they knew the appointment had been made, ( I had acknowledgment and it showed online ) but had no engineer available but could not be bothered to let me know.

Had a reply from BG, unfortunately do not use twitter or Facebook so still cannot make any serious contact with them.

intermittent electrical problem…

Had intermittent electrical problem causing RCDs to trip out many times a day. Homeserve organised a visit by an electrician very efficiently and rapidly. However since problem was intermittent he could see there was a problem but could not identify it so was of no use. Two other electricians also failed to identify problem. So company helpful but did not help. Perhaps only useful when electrics have totally failed.
The fault eventually turned out to be with the electricity meter which was short circuiting. Just to be clear was actually quite happy with Homeserve and the electrician, the problem was just very obscure.

I can see that after inspection, our Engineer located the fault on the ring main however, as the appliances are all integrated, they were unable to test the sockets. Once access has been made, we'll be happy to return to investigate further.

Unimpressed

Not very happy with service and thinking of leaving. Very expensive, Virgin seems to think it need not bother about loyal customers, very few new programmes, lots of repeats, and repeats of repeats. Still using old TiVo box and router in spite of at one point being offered new ones. Very unimpressed and now Sky are sorting out there internet speeds am planning on moving. Thank-you.
