This is a superb ebike shop. Staff so helpful. They really make sure you get the bike that is right for you. They don’t make you feel silly if you ask any questions, however basic. Their knowledge of the bikes and all that they sell is amazing. I so appreciated their advice and help. At the same time, I never felt pressurised to make a purchase. The whole experience was just great. Well more than great. Oh and I am super happy with my ebike. Definitely, if you are looking into buying an ebike, you can do no better than to go to this shop. You will feel in safe hands. I recommend this shop and it’s staff without reservation.

Respectful, didn’t come in with filthy hands and kit, was thorough, cleaned up after himself, when he first came to check the fault he understood what I was saying and took care to find the fault. He said I would hear in the morn8ng when the repair would be and I did and as promised it was the same man. He arrived within the time slot. Super engineer.
