133 pages of every possible specification required, that you can delete the non specific needs of your project. Other aspect just need your personal requirement to be modified, for my project I condensed it down to 44 pages. much easier to delete & amend than write from scratch. £30 is about an hours labour, well worth it as this would have taken days to compile.
