The courier service you use are useless…

The courier service you use are useless - EVRI.
I haven’t received my order and had no updates from them, just a message they have sent it back to you.

First thing user of Music Magpie and Disappointed

First thing user of Music Magpie and was very disappointed. The second hand mobile I bought was marked Good but had a deep scratch on the screen which I thought could be problematic. I returned the very next day. The return process was very poor - no acknowledgement of its safe return or refund of money yet. It was ordered on the 9th, arrived on the 15th, returned on the 16th and today is the 23rd and I have had to contact customer services to take action.
