TERRIBLE SERVICE

Takes to long to speak to anyone all I wanted was to ask about fuel prices as my contact with another supplier coming to an end finally spoke to someone in South Africa I’m in England call centres so loud ridiculous the agent was completely useless WOULD NEVER USE again terrible service British Gas Shame on you

Don’t last very long be careful

I have 2 water coolers both have orange lights on I don’t think they last very long I’ve decal them few time last about 8 months then orange light comes back on . For the price I paid think they should last longer than they do .

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TAKE YOUR MONEY NO HELP

Terrible terrible ordered new key had to bring in log book ID they pay £430 to have the new key programmed. They said it would take a week to come ( not a problem) then after 3 weeks we ring Mercedes Portsmouth to be told it came in last Saturday don’t know why know one has rang you .
So my wife takes the car to Mercedes Portsmouth they said it would take 30 minutes to do 30 minutes later they take the car in the work shop. My wife had to be driven home as the Mechanic wasnt there We’ve asked if they could turn the service light off for us as we had service else where so after all the fuss with the key Mercedes Portsmouth said NO just like that we have to pay . It takes seconds to do they won’t do it great customer service NOT so be very careful of this company in Portsmouth take your money won’t help you in anyway BE WARNED MERCEDES PORTSMOUTH don’t take my word for it check out the reviews

Scam company

Simple rubbish they will take your money That’s it no after service . If you have a problem with anything you have brought from them guaranteed you will try and speak to someone not a chance01917313300 this is the number I’d ring before you buy anything from scs to see what your up against. So please be warned, go elsewhere don’t fall into the trap lose your money.

Rubbish rubbish rubbish

Don’t be fooled by the good reviews scroll down see the real one this company will definitely take your money then you won’t be able to speak to anyone trust me still waiting for my order finally got a txt to pay the balance immediately call this number to pay on hold for 55 minutes no answer if I don’t pay before 4pm my order will be sent back to where ever my wife been on hold for 2 hours still not spoken to anyone. Like I said go else where YOU have trouble with this company scroll

Don’t be fooled by all the delivery dates by this company they will tell you 5 to six wks we were told our furniture is coming to the warehouse on 14 October we rang then to be told has no one rang you to say now 29th November wonderful we have have nothing to sit on now So DONT BE FOOLED they tell you lies

Terrible

Complete incompetence rang planning department after 1HOUR yes 1HOUR waiting for someone to answer when I did get a response was told I’m not a qualified planning officer ( wonderful) . What a terrible council we have in Portsmouth the whole city in run down rubbish everywhere weeds overgrown bushes pot holes . Baffins area is in a right state anti social behaviour out of control. The council needs investigating lot of people making money not dealing with issues of the city . Independent company needs to go in look at what’s going on lot of bent people work there for sure

Rubbish service once big profits no…

Rubbish service once big profits no staff to answer phone always 20 minutes or more on hold waiting for important items saying will be delivered 21/2/24 between 9.30am and 1.30pm it’s now 22/2/24 still no delivery it will only get worse whey the pay the poor post masters the compensation us poor customers will pay for that no way will it come out of the profits.

Avoid Avoid they will take the money and run no customer service at all no phone numbers just the usual automated chat ( which isn’t live) very very bad company. I’ll probably get the same automated reply sorry you feel this
Way contact us on live chat WHICH ISN’T I’ve emailed them with no reply. So be very AWARE. Got your money then they disappear.

DONT USE be very aware they will rip you
Off 100% my wife and I booked flights same booking reference same name told
Wizz air I’m nervous flyer so what do they do I’m right at the back of the plane my wife right at the front . We finally got to speak to someone at rip off air and was told that Wizz air do this deliberately
We were told there are empty seats on the plane together 8 in fact but if we want them it’s extra £22 ? Even though no one is sitting in them . We was told this by Wizz air representative they do it deliberately so people pay more . How can this be allowed. SO DONT USE . Remember you will not be sitting with the person you are travelling with 100% unless you pay extra £400 we paid and still wanted more to sit next to my wife . Even though 8 empty seats together trading standards needs to

DO NOT USE THIS BANK One star is to much my wife and I have been conned by this bank we were offered another ISA with better interest we were told we could take our interest out we have earned leave lump some in so we moved money then told we can’t have are interest I lodged a complaint told someone would be intouch after 5 days 7 days later get call in the meantime I closed my account so I got the interest the bank loose £20,000 . In the call they say I was misinformed offer me £75 compensation . This happened exactly the same to my wife now the bank is saying they’ve done nothing wrong ??? How is this I get £75 my gets nothing. Just look at all the one stars reviews. What this con bank needs to do is spend more on training staff NOT wasting money on stupid advertising paying ant and dec millions. Don’t use this bank

One star is to much only thing the clowns at itv x seem to have got right a doesn’t buffer is the 100s of adverts that’s because of the ££££££ they get as for the viewers not interested. Rang people At switched board tell we are putting through to the department I need 7 times got cut off 8th time I spoke to someone they said the department I want doesn’t take calls . ( brilliant) The council sting us every year with council tax for this . It’s about time head of council take good hard look at all the bad reviews and start staff training ASAP

Rubbish rubbish stay well clear unless you can speak Indian or you have couple of hours to wait for someone to answer. Just had increased bill from £27 per month to £36 just like that . Just a rip off company for what you may aswell have freeview Less hassle plus you don’t have to speak to virgin . BE WARNED stay away so

Use Cheap labour as always with virgin…

Use Cheap labour as always with virgin always getting bills wrong you can never speak anyone if do manage to speak to anyone you can’t understand them avoid this company really really bad . Ripping people off in Uk with high prices then paying cheap labour abroad. Just ripped me off with high phone call costs All Uk calls very very high prices be aware virgin will con you with fast talking foreign call centres very hard to understand that’s where they catch you out . I’d rather pay the high disconnection fee go else where .
REMEMBER people cheap labour RUBBISH service HIGH prices.

Not good customer service take your money then impossible to contact them email ticket system doesn’t work BE AWARE. Sent wrong item. I’ve got EBAY investigating so many so bad reviews. Typical take your money and run DONT USE .
