It took a long time to get started with this company but with the help from my son I have sent several cards, ì am very pleased with how they do this , im still learning to navigate round the site but overall a brilliant service thank you 😃

Workmen were reasonably good BUT whoever was supposed to SIGN OFF the work DIDN'T DO IT !! So now we are left to try and find someone else to sign the work off so the Solar panels can be connected to the grid , we are pensioners and in ill health and just don't know where or who to get the work signed off so we can start getting our bills reduced....there was however ONE young man who went out of his way to help that was TOM CLARKE a FANTASTIC ELECTRICIAN... Wish we could get hold of him 😪 An absolute AMAZING young man ... if anyone has ANY information that could help us get someone to sign off our work we work be extremely grateful ! ...our work was done September 2025

This idea of the 24/7 boxes is excellent and so easy very pleased with it (at the moment anyway) 😁

I did not receive my parcel it showed where it was left but I didn't get it - it was left by my bin i was not in at the time the couriers do not care where they leave parcels awful so now I got to find out where it is !!

Everyone was very helpful nice place to go love this shop

The staff at the CARMARTHEN STORE are absolutely brilliant so helpful and caring they do everything to make sure you are happy with your purchase I love going there . But it's a disaster because I buy too much .😁 yes overall a lovely experience to shop at this store thank you girls for being so kind and considerate

Well its, convenient easy to use quite a few to choose from dotted about I think its a great idea tbh

Not ringing the bell and leaving parcel on the doorstep for all to see ! It won't change because the drivers don't listen

Because I absolutely love the clothes only thing that disappoints me that if I order online to be delivered to she I have to pay the same price as if it was delivered to my home, which is unfair as clothes get delivered to the shop regularly and probably our orders too!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this shop (but hate going there) !!!! Because I spend toooooo much money ! Haha 😄 🤣 no its amazing great stuff BUT 1 or 2 criticisms not many PURPLE kitchen utensils and storage items i didn't have a shop near be before so used to do mail order but have since moved and hey there's a shop ! FANTASTIC even my husband likes to browse around and he hates shopping! Nothing bad to say at all really except the colours for spoons n spatulas and the like my kitchen is purple 💜 and red so I'm crazy about wanting co-ordination !

Don't knock the door or ring bell leave parcel ANYWHERE WHEN THEYVE BEEN TOLD WHERE TO LEAVE IT I only go to the hospital because I'm disabled and have to have checkups so I'm always in Awful service you need to either pay more to your couriers or close your business !

Quick delivery and superb Jacket - beautiful colour my favourite! And ordered 2 for size so 1 went back and quick refund back into bank Brilliant will obviously use again especially when there's PURPLE involved!! 😁

I ordered a dressing gown and when it came I could not even try it on as it wreaked of SWEAT ! I rang customer services who said send it back but as stocks were running low they couldn't guarantee that I'd get another one so I was reluctant to send back however they offered me 10%off !!! Which I said is not acceptable for a quite expensive item however I had to accept because sticks were low I had to wash it first before I could try it on ! In my opinion Customer service is appalling and I'm not sure I'll be using Damart again shame because I've shopped with them for years its an absolute disgrace to send stuff out like that I'm am very disappointed

Lovely NOT I ordered on a Monday said 2 -3 days delivery (I can appreciate there may be delays ) BUT I get a message to say its been dispatched , then its been attempted delivery but no-one was home !- I was - then I get a message to say the courier couldn't find my address ! , then another message to say its been damaged in transit !!!! The communication is diabolical- spent 16 mins on phone 1st in queue then get cut off ! costing me £20 I emailed 5 times nothing ! The 72 hours were up still nothing- eventually I got a response saying its been lost in transit ! So WHAT IS the truth ? Won't shop again its just not worth the hassle !
